Built on the lush grounds of a former golf course, this quiet resort community is surrounded by the stunning landscape and historic spirit of Williamsburg. A great retreat any time of year, its central location also provides convenient access to explore all the area has to offer.

The Space:
Colonial style private entry (lockoff) two bedroom and two bath unit is 1250sq ft! The master suite has a king bed with private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed. In the living room guests will enjoy an inviting fireplace, queen sofa sleeper and access to the balcony and beautiful landscaped views. The unit will accommodate up to 6 guests! There is a full kitchen and kitchenette as well as two dining areas to meet all your culinary needs! It also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests may only access amenities at the resort they are registered at, and not any other Club Wyndham properties in the Williamsburg area.

Guests can experience Williamsburg's historic area within a mile of their unit . You'll soon be immersed in all that history! If shopping is on your mind there are quaint shops nearby and the Williamsburg Outlet Mall. There are two grocery stores, over one hundred restaurants all within a 5-mile radius. If you are a thrill seeker, we are only 15 minutes from the theme park Busch Gardens!
If outdoor activities is on your agenda, there are plenty of them for you to do. Everything from fishing, boating and water sports within the York and James Rivers. Picturesque Virginia Beach, Yorktown, and Jamestown are also nearby.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.
Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund. A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
