Bella Paradiso Condo #11, in downtown Eureka Springs, is a King studio that includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, & sink. This condo is on the second floor. There is one parking space per condo, unfortunately we can not provide trailer parking.

Relax and enjoy this newly remodeled and well-appointed condo. Bella Paradiso condo #11 is only a few feet to downtown, via a very safe paved walkway with ornate iron railing. This walkway has a beautiful mountain on one side, with lots of nature to see, such as deer, squirrel, and other wildlife.



There are tables and chairs on both front and back balconies. Common areas include a large deck with plenty of umbrella covered seating overlooking Main street, a gazebo area, and a gas grill available for shared use, all with a mountain view.



Excellent restaurants are only steps away with Red's Pizza across the street and Local Flavor, a short distance down Main Street.  



Parking downtown is very limited, and expensive when you can find it. Our parking at Bella Paradiso is all 'FREE'.



Note:  Trailer parking not available.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.

Other Things to Note:

The Bella Paradiso Condominiums are located at the gateway to Downtown Eureka Springs on the South side of the Historic Downtown. There are sidewalks leading you to the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, museums and historic charm of Eureka Springs.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property.  It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster.  Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas.  *Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation, or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement.  Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video).  Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation without notifying us will result in an automatic charge of the additional guest fee up to the maximum occupancy of the Property.  If you have exceeded the maximum occupancy allowed at the Property, we will charge $95 per each guest over the maximum occupancy per night.  Intentional deception of the occupancy during your stay will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund.
