Ideal for multi-family vacations, friend groups, or couples traveling together, each cabin has its own space, yet all share the same peaceful vibe. Enjoy tall ceilings, cozy stone fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, and inviting living areas. Outside, every cabin has a spacious back porch with comfy seating and a fireplace, plus access to private hot tubs and heated/chilled pools (heating fees apply) for the ultimate unwind.

Designed with year-round enjoyment in mind, the private pools at It Takes a Village can be heated to provide a soothing, warm dip during cooler months or chilled to offer a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Whether you're soaking up the sun by the pool or enjoying a relaxing evening swim, this luxurious pool is the perfect addition to your getaway.

What sets It Takes a Village apart is our unique, covered pickleball court (Pickle Bow). Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, our court provides endless fun for all ages. Gather your family and friends for an unforgettable stay filled with relaxation, adventure, and friendly competition at It Takes a Village. As a guest of the cabins, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests receive 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. Additional court time can be purchased for $60 per 2-hour session. Court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

The cabins—Deal Me Inn, Latitude Adjustment, and The Cottage at Cedar Hills—each bring something special to the table. Deal Me Inn is cozy and romantic with a king suite and stylish finishes, perfect for couples. Latitude Adjustment offers fun for families, with three bedrooms, a bunk room, and arcade games to keep everyone entertained. The Cottage adds room to spread out with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a bunk/game room combo that’s great for kids and adults alike. You’ll also enjoy modern touches like smart TVs, a Keurig Duo, EV chargers, and Sonos sound systems that carry your playlist from inside to poolside.

While you’ll feel secluded and surrounded by nature, you’re still just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Mountain Fork River, and all the restaurants, shops, and attractions in Hochatown. ★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin for a total of 6 dogs allowed. A pet fee of $150 per cabin up to 2 dogs each is required.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV fast charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Each cabin has a 240V charger. Guests planning to charge their car at the cabin should bring their own adaptors and charging cables to ensure compatibility.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October-March.

***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Pools will be heated to a maximum of 84°F.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
-In extreme cold weather, typically between December and February, the pool heat is less effective—especially when temperatures go below 60 degrees. We recommend utilizing the hot tub as an alternative during cold weather. Pool heating cannot be used when the weather is below 60 degrees
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
