OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

* Entire space is included in this rental except the garage. Please, make yourself at home.

* Pool can be heated up to 85°F, upon a 48-hour notice for an additional fee of $125/night (must be heated for entire length of stay), please message if you would like this! Note: Pool is not heated if the air temp is below 50°F

* The pool waterfall feature is winterized between October 15th - April 30th.

* Spa is winterized & non-operational (Jan 1 - Mar 15) and we do not charge for spa heating. No refund will be provided due to spa unavailability.

* (6) security cameras record audio & videos at property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay. The home is outfitted with Minut devices (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.

* Indoor fireplace is decorative and closed off in the chimney, non-operational.

* Max of 7 vehicles on our driveway. No parking on the street (tow/fine by city). No vehicles in the yard/lot adjacent to home ($60 citation by the City ordinance).

* Guest is solely responsible for all vehicles, belongings, and other personal property.

* Please read house rules in the rental agreement before booking. By continuing to book, you're agreeing to the rules.
