Communication with Danny and team was excellent. The location is in a very safe neighborhood and was centrally located for our planned activities. The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and other supplies, which is very nice to see. The variety of things to do (pool, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, kayaks) are great assets to the rental. We used most of them!! The upper deck with its fire pit and views was awesome. We were very happy with this rental

Awesome stay! Highly recommend!

This house was located right in the middle of all of the restaurants, 5 min from the lake, in front of an amazing view of the mountains. We had 6 kids, ages 21-8. It was perfect for our family. So much to do on site, jacuzzi was hot and easy to use, lots of room for everyone and the bedding and warm blankets were so comfy. We also appreciated all of the extras. Lots of towels - lots! They even left lavender bubble bath for the soaking tub. They thought of everything that makes a stay for a family comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts are great! Even accommodated us when we had to move our trip up a day. 10/10

I feel like a honest review is needed. The reason I chose this house was because of the 5 stars and the great reviews and after staying here with my family, I feel duped/misled.I do have to say that the host was great easy to communicate with and very helpful. For example we were arriving into town 3 hours early and he let me do an early check in at the last minute for the 25 fee. I was very grateful. When we pulled up to the house it looks like an abandon home from the outside, the yard is all dead and full of weeds like it hasn't been taken care of in years. Nothing at all like the pictures on VRBO. No maintained green grass. We get in the house and there were so many air fresheners that within 30 mins some of us were getting headaches. The house itself is older and I don't have a problem with that as long as it is maintained and clean. My daughter noticed that all the air vents were filthy and black all around them and the filters looked like they haven't been changed in years. We went in the upstairs bathroom to get a fresh roll of toilet paper under the sink and it was soaking wet. The shower in that bathroom doesn't drain, so you are standing in your dirty water as you shower.I do have to say the beds were comfortable and lots of towels. My adult kids loved all of the games however wanted to play Cornhole but the back yard was too overgrown to play. I just feel like the pictures and reviews are misleading.

Hi Donna, The enjoyment of our guests is extremely important and we are so sorry you felt you did not get the value out of the house you were looking for. With the fast growth of the weeds in the spring, it took a week or so for our maintenance crew to get on it. The place currently looks like the pictures and is in great shape. The air filter did get changed. There was a leak in the bathroom which did get fixed and the clog in the bathtub did get fixed as well. The place is in excellent shape. Thank You for staying with us!
