LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.
PARKING You will have access to a dedicated underground parking space. Additional outdoor visitor parking lot spaces available.
DEN Please note that the den will be locked off and is not included in the rental.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
HOUSE RULES: 1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.
3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. We do not allow pets of any kind in this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.
7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Overall our stay was great! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, tools etc. The whole place was clean and modern. The pool is pretty small but also clean. A bit smaller than other places we’ve stayed, but manageable.

The appartment is well equiped, comfortable and very clean. The bottle of Proseco was a nice touch. The pool and hot tubs were outstanding. Communication and instuctions provided by the hosts covered everything required to enhance our stay

The property was clean and the fact it was on the main floor was great!! No stairs or elevators! Our view to the community garden was perfect! Beds were comfortable. I'm not a fan of a Keurig and this property didn't have one!! Yayyyyyyy! Wonderful coffee!

Quick weekend visit to the valley
Clean, quiet, well maintained building and grounds. Condo itself was a pleasure. Very new appliances, and well-stocked unit with all the necessary cooking paraphernalia. Everything worked as it should. Sitting on the deck was interrupted often by the A/C unit which was loud but we shut it off when we planned on being out there.
Convenient to walk into town for groceries, ice cream, or to sit at a local restaurant. Allgood!

Beautiful location
The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and we even got to see wildlife. The location was within walking distance to Main Street. The pool area was lovely and everything was well kept.
Only downfall was that the blind in the master bedroom was broken and duct taped so it wouldn’t close. This was a bit unsettling being on the first floor, but we made do. It was disappointing when I addressed it after our stay it wasn’t acknowledged. And it took 19 days and a follow up reminder email to get our damage deposit back.
