This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms with 5 King size beds and 4 full baths. Accommodates a maximum of 10 guests for your comfort.
* Large Sun Deck overlooking back yard and fire pit with 2 teak lounge/sun chairs, teak dining table and sitting areas.
* Open air recreation area on first floor of house features a tv, billiards table, ping pong, corn hole and game table.
* Fire Pit is adjacent to recreation area in back yard with eight comfortable adirondack chairs. Gas grill with another dining table and chairs under back deck.
* Large Kitchen with 6 counter stools at kitchen bars and kitchen table with seating for 2, new glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave and is completely equipped for any culinary experience.
* Dining room seats 8.
* Living room with 2 large comfortable sofas and two chairs, 65ā€ tv.
* Master suite with king size bed, large private bath, 65ā€ tv, custom walk in closet and french doors to sun deck.
* 2nd bedroom with king bed, french doors to sun deck and shared bathroom.

Wedding trip

Perfect choice for our stay in the area for my daughterā€™s wedding. Plenty of room, all king beds, and we even took a quick break to enjoy the pool table! The host was so helpful and so prompt to return a call. Was a great stay and would highly recommend this home.

We have been renting homes for years in the area. This home (by far) exceeded all expectations. Extremely clean, well maintained and huge amount of amenities. We canā€™t wait to come back and rent it again. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the owner was very quick to respond and help out.

Great Open Living Room & Dining Room Space

There were 9 of us (4 couples & 1 single person) and we LOVED this house. It was actually better than what we had hoped for. We love spending time together in the evenings, so the open living room and dining room areas were wonderful for us. The house was so clean and the beds were comfortable. Several of our members loved the pool and ping-pong tables, but since they were not in the A/C area, it was a little hot while using them. I would recommend this house to any larger group.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay

This home is beautifully appointed, and the kitchen is well-stocked for any cooking needs. There are board games, beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. Our young adult and teen children brought their gaming controllers and hooked up a Nintendo switch to the family room screen. The location is perfectly central to the beach and to downtown Charleston. We enjoyed both. Thereā€™s a Publix 3min away and a Walmart 10min away which I used to order groceries online and picked-up on Sunday evening after we arrived. Krista responded to my questions quickly and even dropped by to bring us a new ping-pong net that had broken prior to our arrival. I whole-heartedly recommend Kristaā€™s home.

Great House, Perfect Location, 10 Minutes to the Beach and Downtown Charleston

We were visiting the College of Charleston for our daughter and decided to make it a family vacation. We had never been to Charleston before. It was a fun trip. Mt. Pleasant was a great place to be. Less than a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, grocery store...yet the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Many families travel in golf carts. It was really cool. Less than 10 mintues to Sullivan's Island Beach, which was not crowded. Just a few more minutes and you can be on the Isle of Palms beach, where there is more going on. We had a great time on Sullivan's Island. Family friendly vibe. This was the highlight of the trip. Downtown Charleston and C of C were ten minutes away, as well. So, Mt. Pleasant is ideal if staying in Charleston. Uber would be really easy to use here. We rented an extra car to get around and didn't need it. The house itself is clean, nicely decorated and has 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. All of the furnishings are high quality. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic noise. Underneath the home is a huge, open air play area with a pool table, ping pong and tiki bar. Outside is a shaded brick patio underneath a huge second story deck with many seating areas. I highly recommend this home! * * * * *

Beautiful place for a large family

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. It was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 10 adults and 2 small kids. We attended a wedding at Lowndes plantation which was 8 miles away. Charleston city was only 7 miles away and very easy to get to. The Publix store 1.5 miles away was very convenient as we cooked all of our meals. We also hosted a family Thanksgiving meal for 30 family members who were there for the wedding. The neighbors were very nice and no one complained about parking and the neighborhood is very nice for walking. Overall, it was very nice accommodations. We do have some observations listed below: 1. Hot water for baths ran out after the 3rd bather 2. Less than desirable eating utensils, they were pulling apart from the handles and not enough of them for the number of people the house can accommodate. 3. Not enough cooking utensils and there was no can opener. 4. The dining room could use a bigger table or just a newer one that is not all scratched up and hard to clean. 5. The mattress in the main level bedroom (farthest left) is not comfortable at all. My sister left with a terrible backache. Overall, I would love to stay in your house again. LOVED the space inside, the 2 bedrooms upstairs each with their own bath were really very nice. My daughter has 2 small children and she loved the king size bed and her own bathroom.
