This was an awesome stay! The Vrbo host was wonderful to my friends and I since he made it such a plesant experience with booking for the weekend. Perfect location for a concert at Citi Field and so much to do in the area! There are a ton of food options, markets, etc. all in walking distance. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you again for a lovely visit! We would go back any time.

This property was exactly what our little band of travelers needed in the way of a landing pad for our visit to New York. The apartment itself was clean and there was ample bedspace for everyone. The location was a short walk from the train, and I think it was between 20 mins to an hour to go everywhere we wanted to go. There are a number of SMOKIN' food options just a few blocks away with a full grocery store literally just around the corner. Nob, our host, was very pleasant and checked in every day to make sure things continued to be satisfactory. All-in-all, we very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, modest apartment, and will likely rebook again if we venture back for more NYC fun.

Great combination of price and location!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Queens apartment! Short walk to the train, easy access to Manhattan via subway, no issue with the check-in/out process, shops nearby for quick pick-up of grocery items, and responsive property manager. Highly recommend!

Good Location!

It was a nice little place with close easy access to the 7 train to Manhattan. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close to Citi Field. There were small inconveniences like not flushing toilet paper, and the gas stove not lighting. The host was fairly quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Nice place but no parking! Would highly recommend using subway only, it was a 5-10 walk from rental to subway station. Easy communication with owner, easy access to apt. and the check-in/check-out process was nice. Beds were comfortable, nice linens, and the AC worked great and the price was right for New York,

Convenient location/comfortable accommodations

Roomy two bedroom apartment with plenty of sleeping accommodations for my family. Check in was quick and easy with host providing entry code and instructions before check in. Host was proactive in following up to see if everything with our stay was ok. The location was walking distance to junction blvd 7 train which was ideal. Took train to flushing meadows, Yankee stadium, Times Square and Hudson yards. Will look to book apartment again when traveling to New York again.

average experience

For check in we had wait a lot and person responsible for check-in and host was not picking up calls. We only could enter the property as some other occupants entered. There was a rotten smell in one bedroom and we could not stay in that room.

It's a simple self check in process which they were not able to understand. The guest was very late and did not show up at the property on the agreed time and was very rude. There is no smell in any bedroom and that's a false statement.

Cheating and misrepresentation

We booked a property in "104-09 Roosevelt Ave 1, Queens, US" for five adults with three rooms, and ONE and HALF bath rooms. When we arrived, we were given a DIFFERENT house in Corona NewYork, with two bed rooms and ONE BATH. Typical bait and switch tactics. The neighborhood was bad with a dead rat in front of the house. The door lock had numbers worn out making it difficult to read. I have pictures of all these. Overall, a very bad experience and would not recommend anyone to go through this bad ordeal. Tom

The add is correct and it's a one two bed one bath apt and we have never mentioned 1.5 baths. It's a brand new door lock but had a plastic on the cover that wasn't removed. As for the dead rat not sure if there was a dead rat on the street but it was definitely not in front of the house.

Beyond Frustrating

Upon arriving at the property we found it to be uncleaned from the previous guests. After not hearing a response from the owner after multiple calls and texts I was forced to sit on the phone with vrbo support for 30 minutes for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. After an hour of waiting I finally got ahold of the owner who told me they would send over a cleaner and they had thought the previous guests were still there. After over 3 hours of waiting in the backyard with all our luggage we finally made our way inside. The place itself wasn’t horrible at first glance but we soon discovered the existence of numerous roaches and centipedes (some of which were crawling on the beds). To add insult to injury the owner offered us a 30 credit for a nearly 600 stay. The incompetence we dealt with at this property was something I have never experienced and wouldn’t wish upon anyone. Save yourself the pain of dealing with these unprofessional and disorganized property managers and book elsewhere.

The worst guest that we had to ever deal with. They booked our apt for two nights in the weekend and broke all house rules. They smoked marijuana and there was loud music and and partying both nights and the neighbours called the police both nights. We tried to have them leave but they refused stating eviction laws and all we could do was file a report. This review is totally fabricated and false since we tried to take make them leave. Please read reviews from our previous guests to get an accurate representation of the apt.

L’appartement de Nob est conforme à la description. Situé dans une rue calme mais à proximité de magasins et du métro qui va directement à Time Square donc très pratique! Nous étions 5 adultes. Les deux chambres suffisaient et nous avons eu assez d’espace
