No forks, grill is broken so if you try and lift the lid off you can’t once it’s already hot, patio furniture covered in anoider webs and lots of spider webs through out the house. overall good location, close to the beach. Would stay again

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the amenities and the spider webs. We have already addressed the silverware count and are sending our maintenance team to repair the grill lid immediately. We are also increasing the frequency of our exterior and interior cleaning schedules to ensure the patio furniture and home are web-free for future guests. Relaxing Vacation
We had a terrific stay in Pacific Beach! The house was perfect for our family of 6. I was worried that the room would be tight for our family with adult and teen children. There was more than enough room for all of us! The close location to the beach made the stay so easy and relaxing! There was ample parking for our Suburban and the garage allowed us to store beach chairs & boogie boards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back next summer!

We were okay with the property, but details from the rental business were lacking. The location was amazing, loved it. It definitely looked better in the photos. Lots of repair needed: blinds were broken, not one screen (which would be great because there’s no AC), no dishwasher even though the listing said there was one, one shower hardly worked, I had to contact Penny Realty to get the entry info about 18 hours before check-in. It was very obvious no one lived there. However, it was less expensive for the area so we should have known it was a more bare bones property. Again, the location was great and so we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the multiple maintenance concerns—including the broken blinds, lack of screens, and the faulty shower. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we are escalating these items to our maintenance crew for immediate repair and correction.
