Our cozy and charming private apartment offers the perfect retreat for solo travelers or a family of three.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this beautiful apartment forms part of our split-level home, but offers complete privacy with a separate entrance, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The private guest apartment comprises the entire first level of this split-level home. While we (Marvin + Luisa) occupy the second/upper level, you will have complete privacy as the spaces are separated by a hallway, two walls/doors secured by deadbolts, and stairs.

The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated, and the large windows fill the space with natural light.

The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare simple meals.

Sleeping arrangements: Full-size bed that accommodates 2 people. Also have a large living room sofa (not a futon) or air mattress that can accommodate a 3rd person.

Parking: There is ample street parking in front of our home, which most guests prefer. If you have a smaller car, you can park in the carport next to our car, but please note that the driveway is on the narrower side and there is a slight ledge you will have to avoid. Please also avoid blocking the driveway.

The unit is located 90 seconds from the nearest highway making exploring the city exceptionally convenient.

This home has no pets, and we kindly ask that you do not bring any pets.
