Great stay! We really enjoyed our time at the villa! Nice layout, great golf cart, beautiful views - will definitely stay again! Only consideration - beds are on the firmer side, but that is just a personal preference. Wonderful place to vacation!

5th year in a row vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful vacation as expected with bayou dr. 1st time staying at this condo but 5th year renting on bayou dr. Location is exactly what 2 farmers need when actually getting off the farm. So quite and peaceful. Far enough off the roads you dont hear a thing except the beautiful water fountain in the pond. Loved looking at it from the screened in back porch. Will definitely return next year.

Fantastic House

Wonderful location and the management team was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home to a family with kids. Great location to access everything on the resort quickly.

Fresh, clean, comfortable and convenient. Coastal decor without being kitschy. Plenty of seating inside and out. Golf cart was available for our trip. Better than having a second car. I had a couple questions during our stay and they were answered promptly! Kitchen had everything needed and so clean. We will definitely stay in this townhouse again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying here. There were some minor cleanliness issues but it did not ruin the experience. The microwave was dirty and there were 2 roaches that came across the floor one two separate occasions. other than that we loved the ease of checking in and staying in this condo. We definitely will book this place again next year!

The golf cart made it easy to navigate the greater development and surrounding amenities. Sandestin is very walkable and we used are legs for most nearby amenities.

Great Beach Getaway

The property really met our needs, we are two families with young kids. We each had a bedroom and full bath. The golf cart access made it easy to explore the beach and local areas. We had a little problems when booking, it was last min but the property management kepy telling us the answers were in a rental agreement that wasnt emailed to us until 2 hours after i called trying to pay in full. The house has minimal supplies but that was all disclosed. Loved that minimal cleanup was necessary on our part!We actually would love to stay here the next time we visit.

Wonderful getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at this rental. The golf cart was an excellent addition to being able to get around Sandestin quickly and easily. The kitchen was fully stocked (minus any knives besides butter/steak knives) and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner or prep lunch. The beds were quite comfortable and the curtains kept the rooms quite dark for the most part. Wonderful location to be able to step out onto the back lawn and let our kids fish in the pond. Would love to come back!

We had a great time! Ran into an AC issue the day we arrived and the host was responsive and had a repair guy out same-day (actually evening) to get it fixed! Very happy customer!

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. The property was exactly as pictured and we loved the open feel with the screened in porch and grass area .. the golf cart was perfect for running to the pools and the beach. We visited the village and had dinner on the wharf … the hosts were very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating … highly recommend.
