Including a fire pit area - umbrella tables and chairs - Gaming net - Horse shoes pits, etc. A total of 73 Private bedrooms each with Queen beds, Semi private sleeping room for 6 with 1 queen size bed, and 2 full size, and 1 mobile cot. This room is adjacent to the second living room which has a TV with Roku and DVD.
3 bathrooms, 1 full - 1 with shower -no tub - and 1 half bath. A large kitchen which is fully equipped with service for 20 plus, dining area seating for 40 ! - 2 Living rooms. I am the property manager and maintain a small apartment completely separated from the entire house. I have a small private entrance on the opposite side of your acre flat yard. I travel while guests are visiting, so I will not be there.
