Welcome to Aspen Chalet with 6-bedrooms, 3-baths, a comfortable retreat for families and groups. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch before heading inside to the spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing meals together. The dining area features a unique brick accent wall for added character. The primary bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The lower level includes a large couch with a TV, a pool table for entertainment, and a theater room with three rows of recliner seating and a large TV. Step outside to the concrete patio with seating, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Guests enjoy full access to Spring Brook's Clubhouse amenities, including a Sports Bar & Grill, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and pro shop. Downtown Wisconsin Dells, attractions, dining, and waterparks are only 10 minutes away.

everything was perfect inside but outside grill was not working. We have to bring charcoal to grill .

Our maintenance team will inspect both the gas grills and charcoal grill to ensure they’re working properly. We do provide LP gas, but charcoal is not supplied. We enjoyed our stay and the. It says it holds 20 but there are not places for that many to sleep. Luckily we had an air mattress.

Beautiful Home and Perfect Stay

This home was beautiful and it was a perfect location to run around in the Dells. My family loved it and everyone had their own space to wind down in at night. I would gladly stay there again.

Big Ski Trip

We had a big ski trip planned (20 guests) and the Aspen Chalet was perfect. It had accommodations for everyone in the group. House was clean and roomy. We will definitely come back in the future.

Perfect family getaway

The Aspen Chalet was perfect for our family. Very clean. Lots of bedrooms; large kitchen/dining area; great movie room; located really close to the clubhouse pool! We had a couple of items that were broken, but maintenance arrived quickly.

Amazing House

This rental was ideal, accommodating a total of 6 families. We gathered a group of 19, and everyone loved it, from the youngest to the oldest. The house was extremely tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was completely supplied. We will certainly rent again.

The only regret we have was we needed one more day. Great registration staff! Great housekeeping and fitness and pool areas are a plus. Chicken wings are a little expensive and quality wasn't the best. But overall wonderful experience and would consider coming back.

Lived this house

For the last 16 years my sisters and sister-in-laws and our daughters have done a girls weekend in October. We have gone to many different locations. Some houses have been good; some have been okay; and a few have been great. This property was great!! In fact so great everyone said that we should just continue to stay here instead of taking our chances elsewhere. So that's what we are going to do. Loved it.

Great Dells family vacation home

Found house to be clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space for fourteen people to spread out. Close to clubhouse and main road. It is convenient to everything in the Dells. Especially liked double dining tables inside and out. Large covered patio with grill a plus. The fire pit is in back with wooded area behind it. Only problem was range of temp between basement and top level despite individual thermostats for each floor. Kids really enjoyed theater room. Management was quick to respond to texts and check in and out was easy.

Family sauna

House was 80 degrees and we couldn’t get it to go down even after talking to the manager. Also the movie theatre remote was missing so we couldn’t use the movie theatre which is the only reason we chose this house. Had a good time with family tho

Great house for larger groups

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 units ranging from 2 to 4 people each for a total of 12 people 3 and over and one 10 month old. Everyone was happy with bedroom layout. Especially liked two large dining tables both inside and under covered porch. Dishes for 24 too! The unit backed up to beautiful woods and the fire pit is top notch. If the firewood guy drives by, get a box as it is a quality product. Indoor and out door pools including kiddie pools were great. Quiet convenient location to dell attractions and 5 minutes to Walmart. Easy checking in and out.

Paid too much for what we got

Overall the house did not meet our expectations. It was dirty when we arrived (had to call front desk to have the cleaning crew come back to clean again…the cleaning crew did not seem happy when they returned, basically giving us attitude), the dryer did not work well (had to keep redrying our clothes 6-7 times), towels were not sufficient (had a few in the main level bathroom but we had a group of 17!) and the front desk was stingy about their towels but what do they expect when their dryer doesn’t work correctly? In the end, my family and I said we wouldn’t stay here again. Paid too much just to be disappointed.

Annual Ladies Retreat

We had our Annual Ladies Retreat there and all of the ladies loved it. The house was the perfect size for us with access to the indoor pool which quite a few used. Being so close to downtown WI Dells was a plus.

50th Anniversary

Clean, spacious, every thing we needed EXCEPT toilet paper and soap for showering. 15 people need more than 4 extra rolls of t.p. and a tiny bar of soap for bathrooms and 1 for the showers. No shampoo at all. Lucky that Walmart was close by to buy these necessities.

Fun weekend!

Some highway noise but did not hinder our weekend as great place and convenient location with friendly staff and felt safe in year of Covid Had beautiful weather and was perfect spot, coming from St Paul to meet our friends and family from Chicago
