Mountain Setting & Wildlife
Hidden Waters is located in a true mountain environment. Wildlife sightings are common and part of the experience. You may see deer, birds, or other native animals during your stay.
For everyone’s safety:
• Do not feed wildlife
• Do not leave food or trash outside
• Always secure trash inside the provided bins
This helps protect both guests and animals.
Trash & Wildlife Safety
All trash must be bagged and placed in the outdoor bins located at the front of the cabin.
Bin lids must remain fully secured at all times due to wildlife in the area.
If the bins become full during your stay, please leave additional bagged trash inside near the front door, and our team will take care of it after departure.
Child Supervision
This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times, especially around:
• The pond and dock
• Fire pits and fireplaces
• Hot tub and outdoor areas
Winter Weather & Outdoor Kitchen
During freezing temperatures, we kindly ask guests to allow a slight drip of water from the outdoor kitchen faucet to help prevent pipes from freezing. This small step helps protect the home during colder mountain conditions.
Access & Vehicle Requirements (Important)
A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended for this property.
The cabin is accessed via a gravel mountain driveway that can be steep and challenging, especially during rain, ice, or winter weather. Vehicles without AWD/4WD may have difficulty reaching the home in certain conditions.
Pets
Pets are not permitted at this property.
This policy helps protect the home, furnishings, and future guests.
Check-In & Check-Out

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated with advance notice, depending on cleaning and scheduling availability.
