The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $350 per day and the hot tube can be heated for an additional charge of $70 per night for up to 5 hours (**hours of operation are 9am-9pm ** )

The heart of the home is our fully equipped kitchen, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, and silverware. Essential cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, spices, and sugar are provided, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

Families traveling with infants will find convenience in the Pack 'n Play Playard, complete with a comfortable mattress.

Step outside into our inviting backyard oasis, designed for relaxation and entertainment. A spacious pergola provides shade over a comfortable seating area, perfect for enjoying meals or lounging with friends and family. Fire up the BBQ grill (tools provided) and savor outdoor dining experiences. . Absolutely no parties/events. If such activity is observed, you’ll be asked to leave without refund,
• Quiet time between 9 PM and 8 AM.
* NO PETS, if pets are found on the property a $600 deep clean fee will apply in addition to the $198 cleaning fee and guests asked to leave with no refund, no exceptions, OWNERS occupy the home part time and are HIGHLY ALLERGIC.
• Do not use the Premises for any illegal activity.

• Guest should dispose of garbage in the trash can outside before checkout.

• Turn lights off when away.

• Turn lights off before check-out.

• Clean your dirty dishes and kitchen utensils if used before check-out.

• Do not use white towels, sheets and pillowcases to clean up makeup. Black makeup towels are provided for you to use. If you stain any white towels, bed sheets or pillowcases, you will be charged a fee up to $200.00 for cleaning or replacing them.

• Do not use the white towels for the pool. Additional towels for the pool are provided.

• No lifeguard on duty

• Please obey all pool rules on posted signs.

• No children under the age of 18 in the pool without adult supervision
. Don’t remove the pool vacuum. The vacuum is essential to maintain the pool water clean. Is the vacuum is removed, additional charges will be applied.
• If you cannot swim, do not get in the pool without supervision
. Must check out on time (11am) if extra time is needed an extra fee of $65 per hour will be added
• Do not walk inside the house with soaked clothes

• If air mattress are used, put them away before check-out.

• If BBQ grill was used, please clean it.

• Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest.

• If any of the house rules are broken, there will be a $200 charge to the guest for breaking each rule plus the cost to remedy any damages or extra cleaning cost.
