Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom - King bed and en-suite master bathrooom with accessibility features (hand rails for the toilet and step-in shower).

This home is an older, true Floridian home, but we have made some amazing renovations to both conserve it`s old charm features, yet keep it modern and updated.

This home does not accommodate parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.

** There is a $200 security deposit that will be taken in addition to the reservation amount. This is fully refundable.

Winter Pool Heating Expectations:
During November through March, cooler weather and cold fronts may affect pool temperatures. Our pool heater is designed to raise the water temperature up to 25°F warmer than the outdoor temperature. This means that during colder days, the pool may not reach the set temperature. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
