Here is a beautiful two-level holiday rental home in El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe.
Step inside the home and enjoy the sight of grandiose furnishings in the high ceiling living room. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a semi-island and wrap around granite counter tops. Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, side-by-side refrigerator with in-built water filtration system and ice-maker.
There are three big bedrooms. The ground floor has a master bedroom with private bathroom featuring a shower-tub combo plus ample storage room.
Head upstairs via that gently curving staircase and you will find two more bedrooms. Is super large master bedroom with beautiful views and the third bedroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom is super impressive with its separate shower, bathtub, his and her double sink and walk in closet. The third bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower-tub combo.
A three car attached garage provides lots of parking space for your vehicles and any other gear you may bring to enjoy your holiday in San Felipe.
Amenities available for your use and enjoyment include access to our private beach
This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.
BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant
Maximum Occupancy is 8
Resort will only issue 6 Pool Passes.
Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests. Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM. If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool. Passes will need to be picked up the following day.
A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival. This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

NOTE: Unfortunately, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar. Exception makde for race teams.

Thanks for checking out my listing. I'm Erick and I run rental homes in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico.
I'm originally from San Felipe. I moved to the US as a kid and went to school in Oroville, California. I moved back to San Felipe, got married and have two beautiful kids.
Growing up in the US, I learned a lot about the high standards guests expect and have brought this experience to all properties I manage.
My listed homes are owned by Americans and Canadians who visit once or twice a year. When owners are not in town, the home is available to reserve. Each home's decor is unique in that it reflects the owner's style.
My goal is to help you enjoy San Felipe to the fullest. When you reserve any of my homes, I will send you an email with a list of things-to-do both locally in San Felipe and some which are day trips. (I am not able to share this with you now as this site does not allow adding website links). Depending on the length of your stay, you get to chose which you'd like to do. One of the trips I recommend is doing a fishing trip to Konsag essentially a fishing and sightseeing trip. All this and more will be in my list of things to do email.
One question I get pretty often is whether we use non-toxic cleaning products while cleaning properties I manage. The answer is YES . We use organic cleaning products sourced from the local Prolisa organic store. Our guests appreciate this and it is also better for our cleaning crew who regularly come in contact with the cleaning products.
