Enjoy an affordable Florida vacation at Three Dolphins, located in West Bradenton just a short distance from Palma Sola Bay, Perico Island, and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches of Anna Maria. The highlight of this ground-level, single-family home is the big backyard and sparkling heated pool with inlaid dolphin tiles that give the house its charming name. So serene, several guests boasted of never needing to leave.

A comfortably furnished family room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a split bedroom plan make for easy living - perfect for a couple or family. Everyone will enjoy the 55" flat-panel TV in the living area, and the 32' flat-panel TVs in the bedrooms...when they're not out by the pool enjoying the lovely Florida weather!

While staying at this lovely home, you are only a few miles from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world on Anna Maria Island, as well as adorable shops and great restaurants. There are an abundance of activities from Horse Surfing to Flyboarding, and the lush tropical trails and preserves that will delight all members of the family.

Sleeps up to 6 in one king bed, a full bed, and 2 twins in the third bedroom.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

Peaceful house just a few minutes' drive to area beaches!

The house was spotlessly clean. Very nicely appointed. Enjoyed the pool very much! I drove to the area beaches and out to Gulfport for a shelling tour. Very nice area, lots of things close by. I was able to bring my little dog along for company so I really liked the security of the back yard fence. Neighborhood was very clean and neat and very quiet. Felt very safe there. Everything went off without a hitch so no communication with the host was necessary.

Great find

This house was well stocked and a good location to be out of the hustle and bustle. Beach was an easy drive and the pool was awesome for our kids! The layout of the house is great! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

We had no interaction with the host. We did with the management company, quite a few times over the course of 20 days. We left a day early because of all the stress this caused. We paid extra for the pool to be heated. We were assured it would be on when we got there. It was not on. The water was cold. When we realized it, we messaged immediately, and were told it will warm up. It still was not warm a few days later and they addressed the problem, where we were told that they forgot to turn it on. Then the pool company comes out and the pool is not working because there is an issue with the capacitor so they had to replace that. By that point, a week of our stay was gone. Then the weather changed and it got cold, not their problem, but had they had known and fixed it imeediately, we could have used it to relax in the nice weather. Then, we have the pool fixed and then the pool guy comes back to the house on New Years Eve in a panic saying he needed to shut down the whole pool again because it was broke. He went in the backyard and started pulling plugs and wires to shut the whole pool off, disconnected the pool and the cable which we did not know until the cable company came out to fix the issue. The pool company came out and had to order parts and they eventually got it fixed again. In total, we had 6 days of the 21 to use and enjoy the pool. The management company said they would not charge us for the pool heating at all, they tried to rectify the issue, but not relaxing.

Our stay was just perfect!

We were in Bradenton to visit family and the house was so conveniently located to all our destinations. The house was open with easy access to the bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and backyard. We would definitely enjoy returning at a later date. Woody and Diane

Simply wonderful!

We have stayed at 3 Dolphins several times and we are never disappointed. The house is comfortable and clean. We immediately feel at home. The location is ideal - close to the beaches, stores, and restaurants. Our dogs loved the backyard. Even with the pool, it is spacious - plenty of room to meander about. We will definitely check to see if this property is available next time we are in the area.

The house is a bit dated and need of new carpets the pool was great once the pump was fixed. Pool area needs some work. Cracks and loose railing to get out of pool. Great location close to everything. We had a great time

Overall the house was as expected. The maintenance staff neglected to turn the heat on the pool, but corrected for us when requested. Just lost a couple days of pool time. Issue with drain in master bath, but was corrected by the time we got back that evening. I would definitely go back. Sometimes things happen (which they did) but the staff took care of it fairly quickly.Thanks for letting us use your home for the week!

Nice place spacious rooms

Immediate responses to texts, helped with the added cost for heat in pool and warming increase request. Should run it at 90 when its 65 outside. This, My only recommendation for improvement. Beautiful rental.

Location not ideal for our needs

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and it was convenient to most places in Bradenton. Kitchen could use some updating. Not convenient for bike riding and walking as we were on a cul-de-sac and very close to a busy road.

Pool and bathrooms were nice. Location was close to everything. Plenty of beds for sleeping. Dining room floor was oozing water for days. Contacted property management, they never showed up. Lighting needs to be updated. Carpeting needs to be professionally cleaned. Would stay again if they replace dining room flooring and took care of other issues.

Perfect escape

House was as advertised. And then some. Cleaning crew left it spotless on our arrival with plenty of towels including large beach towels. Pool was big and heated (extra fee but well worth it in Feb). Pool guy showed up every Wed to clean it. Close to all. Gorgeous beaches. Super seafood. Traffic to beaches heavy but it is peak season. Also, our Corgi pup loved his hard with plenty of room to run. Hope to stay again.

Bradenton Vacation Home

Location was perfect and easy drive to nearby beaches. The pool was an added bonus to the house and we loved that it was heated. Neighborhood is super quiet and we felt very safe. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stories to stock up on food! Only two cons to the house was that it was a bit stuffy in the bedrooms, but you can easily fix that by bringing a fan. The AC did not get as cold as we would have expect. We also love that it was dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the backyard.

Beautiful Home

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was even better and bigger than expected. The house had all the supplies you would have at home. The pool was the perfect size and kept clean , had plenty of chairs around it. The owner kept good communication with us. Only thing is, if you like it cold when you sleep…bring a good fan. The master bedroom is stuffy. They did provide a fan in the bedroom closet. The house was exceptionally clean and smelled so good when we arrived. We would love to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at 3 Dolphins. The home was very clean and neat when we arrived. Nothing better than to come in from a day at the beach and to jump in the pool. The home was larger than the pictures showed. Hope to make a return at a later date.

May 2021 vacation stay

This house is in a great location to the island, restaurants, shopping and Sarasota. The pool is awesome!! My dog had plenty of grassy area to run and play. The updated bathrooms are exceptionally nice. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened-in patio. I would recommend this rental and hope to book it again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The heated pool was amazing and the house was nice and large. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai. The bathrooms are updated and the house was stocked with beach towels. The check-in process was very easy as well. We will definitely be booking at this property again!
