Park Shore Resort- BLDG I #351*Remodeled*

Thank you for your detailed review and for staying with us for five weeks in apartment 351. We are very happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful south facing balcony overlooking the pond and island, as well as the pool, restaurant and walking paths around the property. It is a wonderful spot in Park Shore and many guests love spending time on the balcony and walking around the lake. We also appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of the apartment and the recent updates to the flooring, paint and furnishings. Our team works very hard to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless and comfortable home. When you mentioned that the mattress in the master bedroom felt too firm, we immediately arranged a brand new replacement mattress so you could enjoy the remainder of your stay more comfortably. We are always happy to resolve any concerns quickly so our guests can fully enjoy their time here. Regarding the late checkout request, during peak season we often have guests arriving the same day, which means our cleaning team needs time to properly prepare the apartment. While we always try to accommodate late checkouts whenever possible, on this occasion we unfortunately could not extend the checkout due to the incoming reservation.
