This house is great for an extended stay of a week, month, or 3 (or more) months. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy this large (1,653 sq ft) newly renovated home. The entire house has been completely updated with all new kitchen stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout the house, new bathroom vanities with marble countertops, renovated kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, all new lighting & fans, new washer & dryer, & completely newly furnished with comfortable and beautiful furnishings.

I am very health conscious and try to never use any chemicals at the house that would hurt the environment, or have fragrances (I am thinking of those travelers allergic to fragrances)
I am a financial professional (CPA). I often travel to Panama City Beach (only a 90 minute trip from Dothan) for some beach time! I often hike (and trail run and mountain bike) on the 15 miles of trails of the "Forever Wilds Trail" (396 acres) in Dothan.
I also enjoy kayaking in a lake or down a slow moving river (There are 2 kayak rental businesses in Marianna, FL (a 45 minute drive). When I go kayaking, I often stop at the Florida Caverns State park for a guided tour of the underground caves.
Anyone would enjoy the beauty and convenience of this rental.

I am also a renter myself and l treat other peoples homes the way l want mine treated - with TLC!
I work for myself as a business financial consultant (CPA) in a home office and can work from anywhere. I find life is simplified by just renting homes for a few months in different places and working out of those homes so that I can experience different local areas and see the wonders of the world. For the homes I rent, I need: 1) safe neighborhood, 2) home space for both a nice living area and my home office, 3) a local area which has lots of nature that I can enjoy, and 4) a home that ideally is bright with lots of windows. (Both my Augusta & Dothan homes meets all of these requirements... they are in a safe neighborhood; they are very nicely furnished and has a desk area for working; there are lots of hiking/mountain biking nearby; and they have lots of natural light throughout the living room, kitchen, and den/office space.)
Having a place to stay where the commute is easy to and from your hospital is important. The Dothan location is essentially tied for the closest rental house to Southeast Alabama Medical Center!!! It is so close that a person can even bicycle to work at the hospital. The Augusta location is within a 10 minute drive to 5 different hospitals!
Both of my properties are ideal for traveling professionals, contract workers, and relocating professionals. I hope my properties will make you feel at home while on your Augusta or Dothan travel stay.
