This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING HOUSE or anywhere on the property and NO PETS are allowed. There is wildlife abound including bears, raccoons, deer so be aware of your surroundings. Minimum age is 26. No babies or children under 5 as house is not childproof. There are SECURITY CAMERAS installed at the front of the house facing the deck, walkway and driveway and a security camera installed at the back of the house facing the backyard. There are no security cameras facing the interior of the house. The renters hold harmless the landlord/owner for use of any of the cameras for property security.
