Also, we rent you free mobile wifi. so you can use internet inside and outside the apartment.

We can also able to rent you bicycle if you want. We have 3 bicycles and we rent it 500 yen each per day. If you want to rent more than 4 days, we can rent bicycle for 2,000 yen for your whole stay.

You can use the apartment for only for yourself and you don't need to share.

Within 3 minute to 5 minutes walk distance,
there are 24-hours convenience stores pharmacies and supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Shinjuku: 17 minutes by train. No transfer
Shibuya: 30 minutes by train. Takadanobaba transfer
Tsukiji: 50 miutes by train. Nakai transfer
Tokyo: 43 minutes by train. Takadanobaba, Shinjuku transfer

This apartment is located on Shimoigusa station and it is 17 minutes from Shinjuku by train. Your room is 5 minutes walk from Shimoigusa station and it's easy to find.
Shimoigusa is safe place and you can walk around safely even though midnight.

We welcome you to this cozy and quiet apartment with quick access to Shinjuku. There are supermarket, convenience stores, post office, Japanese style pub, ramen restarurants near the apartment.

About the room
There is a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, kettle, microwave oven,and other items to cook if you would like to cook and eat anything in the apartment, although there are many good small restaurants and eateries in the neighborhood.

The bathroom has a japanese style tub and a shower, we provide natural soap, shampoo and conditioner without additives for sensitive skin.

The room is clean and it's located in quiet place.

The room is perfect size for two but if you want to stay with three, we will accept it.
But in that case, please understand that room is small for three. We provide extra futon for you if you stay with three people.
There's one bed so one of you can sleep in bed.

There's all amenities you need including shampoo, rinse, soup, hair dryer, kichen goods, towels, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, knife, fork, plates, and all other things.

I and my wife can speak English.

Access to the apartment
When you arrive Shimoigusa station, please take the North exit.
Turn right when you get out the exit and walk the street by the railroad.
Turn left on the first block.
And the apartment is on second block from there.
I takes about 4-5 minutes walk from the station.

About the wifi
The room wifi has no data limit but mobile wifi has data limit.
If you use mobile wifi for moving pictures such as YouTube too much, it will slow down so please don't use mobile wifi for moving pictures. Please use room wifi if you are in the room. The password is written on paper inside your room.
