Very clean and nice space. Walk to the beach was short. Only downside was making sure you had the gate key to get out and get back in. We will definitely stay here again!

This is my third stay at this condo complex, and second stay at this condo. The location is great!! We walked everywhere. The only time we took our car was to the grocery store, other than the one day of rain. You can walk to many stores, restaurants/bars, both from either the beach or the street. I absolutely love this location. I tried to reserve again for next year, but she was already booked for my dates:( Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. The host was extremely responsive to messages, and when we had a question during our stay, she even offered to come help in person. She was very friendly and thoughtful, which made the experience even better.The condo had everything we needed, and with a very convenient Publix right across the street, we barely had to go out of our way for anything. The pool area was beautiful, well maintained, and the pool itself was warm and relaxing. Neighbors were friendly as well.The location was perfect. It’s just steps from a beautiful beach, with an easy one mile walk along the shore to the pier and about two miles in the other direction to shops and restaurants. We walked to both and really enjoyed the sunshine and scenery.We also took a recommendation from the binder on the coffee table and tried the breakfast nook she suggested. We loved it. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back.

Perfect vacation!!

The condo was clean and had everything to make it your home for the stay. Jill is great to work with. She even had flowers, balloon and a small cake for my birthday when we arrived. Had to turn 60 in my favorite spot in Florida. Thanks for the great trip.

Perfect Spot

Clean with everything you need. We were a party of 4 and had a great time with our teenagers. Less than a mile from everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Publix directly across the street. Beach access is right there on property so very easy to get on and off the beach to and from the condo. First floor is a big bonus. Host was super easy to communicate with. I would stay there again, no problem.

Excellent location

Let me tell you why I think this is the perfect place to stay.You are steps away from a beautiful beach, and steps away from the pool. You are within walking distance to stores and restaurants and a short drive to many other great little spots to enjoy a meal, a cold beverage, (some waterfront), entertainment, and even a sunset. You may also catch a space launch. I saw 2. You will meet a lot of very nice, friendly people as well. I'm hoping I can make this my regular "winter getaway".
