Sleeps up to 6 – Ideal for 2 couples or a family! The house features 2 king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, the house has two full bathrooms to complement its two bedrooms—an uncommon feature in historic Columbia. Unwind with a soak in the clawfoot tub in the front bathroom or enjoy a refreshing stand-up shower in the back bathroom.
The living room is perfect for unwinding with a sofa, two recliners and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs.
Step out to the inviting outdoor spaces! The front screened porch features two cozy rocking chairs, perfect for unwinding. In the backyard, you’ll find a classic picnic table for al fresco dining, along with a fire pit area—ideal for evenings with friends or quiet moments on the nearby benches.
Parking is convenient with enough space for 4 cars on the property—two in the front parking area and two in the side yard.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, on property for the duration of the stay and sign a rental agreement after booking. No smoking/vaping, parties, or pets.
