The Space:
This reservation includes the full NE Beech duplex: both 315 and 317. Each side has its own entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, thermostat, and basement laundry, giving larger groups room to spread out while staying at the same property.
Together, the duplex includes six bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two kitchens with dishwashers, two living rooms with Smart TVs, fast WiFi, central heat and AC, and washer/dryer in each side's basement.
Both sides have multi-level layouts with bedrooms upstairs and laundry in the basement, so stairs are part of the stay.
You're close to the Mississippi, Alberta, and MLK dining corridors, with food carts, coffee, groceries, bars, and local shops nearby.
Guest Access:
This booking includes the entire duplex: both 315 and 317. The two sides have separate front entrances, kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, and basement laundry areas. There are no shared interior areas with another booking.

Stairs are required for the upstairs bedrooms and basement laundry on both sides. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is already set up. If anything comes up, we're a quick message away.
The Neighborhood:
Talk about location! This area is often referred to as Foodie Row. You are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from two of Portland's hottest streets, Alberta and MLK. The neighborhood is brimming with shops and restaurants where you can easily lose track of time. You’ll even find a unique coffee roaster inside a double-decker bus! If vintage shopping, lifestyle boutiques, and novelty gift shops are your thing, you’ll need a couple of days to explore everything this vibrant neighborhood has to offer.
Getting Around:
🚶 Walking — This neighborhood offers easy access to nearby dining and shops along Alberta Street and the surrounding blocks. A pleasant, walkable area with a strong local feel.
🚌 Bus — Multiple TriMet bus lines serve the area, including Route 4 (Fessenden) on Williams/Vancouver and Route 24 (Fremont), with frequent service to downtown (~15 min).
🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.
🚗 Driving — Free street parking is widely available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
✈️ Airport — PDX is about 13 minutes by car or a quick MAX Red Line connection from nearby stations.
