Other Things to Note:

• The downstairs ADU is rented separately and has its own private entrance on the side of the house. You may see guests briefly as they come and go, but there is no shared access or overlap between units.

• The home has stairs, including one bedroom located on the main floor and two upstairs.

• We provide fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

• If you're traveling with a larger group and need more space, feel free to reach out to inquire about renting the downstairs unit as well.



🚽 Single bathroom (upstairs only)

The only bathroom is on the second floor — no bathroom on the main floor. Guests with mobility concerns should keep this in mind before booking.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
