This family-friendly home hosts up to 6 people. Enjoy the spa in a large backyard & BBQ on the big front deck with red rock sunset views. It's a short walks to trails and quick drives to all other Sedona sites.

Our guests especially like our red rock desert views of Sedona, our spacious bedrooms, large deck and our backyard hot tub. The house is decorated with bright cheerful paintings, many created by and for sale by the host, Tiffany.

The house is set up a half floor from the ground, another unique feature which helps keep our home freer of desert dust and provides better views. (Must be able to climb short set of stairs, pictured with Deck.)

This is a dog-allergen-free property, as the host is highly allergic, so dogs are not allowed under any circumstance and there are no fences and some wild javelinas around the neighborhood. If you need to bring a service dog, we suggest you choose our Cottonwood, AZ property that welcomes dogs, is fully fenced for safety and also has no stairs.

We aim to provide everything you may need for your stay, so it feels like your home away from home.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:
The heart of our home features an open plan living/ dining room, with plenty of space for your friends and family to relax while staying connected. Sunlight streams into a wide window above the solid wood dining table and our guests love to enjoy the Sedona red rock views as the sun slowly sets.

Our comfy plush couch is a great place to relax and enjoy some entertainment on the TV, either streaming from our Apple TV or watching cable. Play mini golf, Twister or board games with the family here in front of a gas fireplace.

BEDROOM 1:
Master Bedroom, biggest in the house, with private full bathroom, wide sliding glass door leads to balcony, then to steps down to backyard and hot tub.

California King bed: large padded headboard, pillow top mattress, 100% cotton sheets, fluffy faux down pillows, wide window above with red rock view. Two bedside tables, each with pink salt lamps and power strips. Large bureau and closet with suitcase rack and Diaper Genie.

BEDROOM 2:
Standard King bed with iron frame, plump pillows, medium mattress firmness, one bedside table with lamp and power strip. Clothing bureau, walk-in closet with suitcase rack. 2 windows with yard view, solid wood desk with lamp and chair.

BEDROOM 3:
Queen bed, with Thermarest mattress, 2 bedside tables with lamps and power strips. Large bureau and small closet. 1 window with yard/street view.

BATHROOM 1:
Private bathroom inside master bedroom. Small but full amenities: shower/bathtub combo, toilet, sink with vanity, medicine cabinet, drawers, frosted window, hairdryer.

BATHROOM 2:
Shared hall bathroom. Small but full amenities: shower/bathtub combo with seat perches, toilet, sink with vanity, extra hot tub towels.

KITCHEN:
Kitchen is somewhat small, but fully stocked to prep meals. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, standard coffeemaker, toaster, indoor and outdoor dish ware and glasses. Coffee and tea staples provided and basic condiments, along with a few complimentary refreshments of soda, popcorn and granola bars.

DECK:
Large sturdy elevated front deck, big propane grill, 6-person patio table and shade umbrella set overlooking Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Perfect for a BBQ dinner at sunset.

BACKYARD & HOT TUB:
Unwind and rejuvenate in our 6-person hot tub with views of Thunder Mountain after a day hiking or stretch out with a buddy in our 2-person hammock. We’ve also just added an outdoor Cornhole game for you and your group to play during your stay.
Solar string & ground lights help illuminate your night in the hot tub under the stars.

PARKING:
Park right in our driveway, and extra cars can park parallel along the side of the property.
