Get ready to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings at this 3-bedroom elevated cottage in Gulfport. This wonderful property is sits on an acre, on a quiet cul de sac across the street from the Biloxi River, so there is plenty of outdoor space to play or park.

The cozy living/dining room is comfortably appointed and is adjacent to the galley style kitchen. A smart tv is mounted in the living room and each bedroom and WiFi is available for streaming channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining; including a blender, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, baking sheets and utensils.

A gas grill and dining set are located on the deck for deck grilling and dining and relaxing! Wildlife is abundant and I love sitting on the deck and seeing the geese that fly over head, the ducks waddling down the street, and deer and bunnies peaking out of the woods. The firepit is surrounded by comfortable chairs and firewood is provided. There is also a volleyball net and corn hole toss for your enjoyment. A small public boat launch is a quarter of a mile down the road perfect for small skill or kayak.

A full sized washer/dryer is located in a laundry closet off the kitchen. Laundry and cleaning supplies are provided.

The first bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the second a double, and the third has two twins. Each bedroom has a dresser for storage and nice sized closets. Linens, pillow and blankets are provided. There is a smart TV in each bedroom.

The shared bath has a combo tub shower and single vanity. Towels, essentials and a hair dryer are also provided for extra convenience.

Baby gates, a high chair and portable pack n play crib are available upon request.

The central location cannot be beat! You will love how it feels away from it all, but is just a few minutes off main throughfares that have you to the beaches, casinos, fishing, downtown Gulfport and downtown Biloxi in 15-20 minutes. Plus it is also only about 15-20 minutes to both Keesler Air Force Base and the Navy Base in Gulfport. The William Carey Gulf Coast campus and Sportsplex are also only 15 minutes away.

Please note the home is elevated and there is no lift so exterior stairs are required to access.

The home is pet friendly, but we do ask for a description of your furry friend and a pet fee will apply.
