Belmont Towers Townhouse 9 is an ocean block, three bedroom, three 1/2 bath townhouse on Talbot Street in downtown Ocean City, Maryland. Just steps to the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach, this townhouse enables you to enjoy the amenities of Belmont Towers while staying in this 2350 square foot property with a private entrance. The ground level features two entrances (one from the garage and one from the street), a full-sized kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace. The 2nd level features a den, primary bedroom with private bath with jacuzzi and a balcony that gives you a bit of an ocean view, and the 3rd level contains the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Note TV's are ROKU streaming only. Belmont Towers' much sought after amenities include an outdoor pool with sizable sundeck, putting green, fitness room, and garage parking with two assigned spaces on the ground level for this townhouse. Park your car and hang up your keys - no need to drive anywhere as you are walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, shops, and boardwalk amusements. Accommodating up to ten guests, bed sizes include one king, three queens, and a queen sleeper sofa. Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps, and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents mini or full weeks in season with check-in on Thursdays or Sundays. Property offers only basic cable and no internet in the off-season from November 1st to April 1st. Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Amazing Location

I was so surprised at how big the place was. The bedrooms were very large and each having their own bathroom is a huge bonus. The location is perfect just steps away from the boardwalk. I was a little loud at night spmetimes when you tried to sleep because of the location but we didn't mind it

Great Place!

Everything was great! Loved the location, loved the parking, never had to worry about my car getting hit or broke into. When I got there I thought the floors could have been cleaner but after I sweep them and mopped, then went outside and tracked all the sand back in I could see why. I would stay here again!! My family loved it!!

This house was everything! The location the layout and the 2 porches. The 2 fireplaces where awesome! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the WiFi. It wasnā€™t good enough for my sons to play their PS5 games also the cable tv was hard to figure out and unwatchable upstairs. The rules said the tv were all Roku streaming but they werenā€™t. Good thing I had my iPad to watch. Overall I would definitely come back here.

Great Place!

We were more than delighted with the ease of the check in process and the location and spaciousness of this rental. Beautifully furnished inside with comfort in mind, we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for all of us. Our only disappointment was the pool, it didn't even look clean enough for us to think of using it and we had looked forward to that as well. However, we realized that the owner of this rental has no control over the pool but it is something to keep in mind. Wonderful stay, thank you so much!

Great location and space

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 child and loved that we all had our own space and bathrooms. The location is unbeatable. The unit wasnā€™t cleaned particularly well but thatā€™s the cleaning company and we wrote a separate review about that. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the condo was wonderful! However, the carpets were a mess, clearly not vacuumed from the previous stay, and the tv in the master bedroom did not work. The picture was all fuzzy. I did call the number we were given, and never received a call back. Overall, it was a disappointment.

Great location

We loved the location of the condo and the set up of the house. The bedrooms were spacious and the amount of bathrooms were great! However the house was very dirty when we arrived, crumbs on counter, floors and walls dirty, etc. We found a huge cockroach crawling around upstairs and it took us forever to catch it. This made us worried that there were more in the house and it kind of altered our experience and opinion of the house.

Cleanliness

The place was nice but the place really needed cleaning. You had to wear shoes all the time or your feet would be black. There was dust on things. The only tv that worked was the living room. The bedrooms tvs didnā€™t work. The rugs for the bathrooms were hanging up when we got there and when you put them down they were dirty you could feel the dirt in them.

If you want to be where the action is this is a good spot, Steps to the boardwalk and a very roomy place, don't hear others in the unit at all BUT Some noise at night when the Bar on the boardwalk ( purple moose) lets out at 2:00 am can get a little loud and the Garbage trucks roll in at 5:00 am

Beautiful condo but a little noise at night.

The condo was convenient to everything and clean; however, that end of the boardwalk can get noisy at night. The furniture was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very efficient and the pool was clean and had a great view. Beautiful condo.

Good Location if You Like Being in the Center of the Action

Pros: Very close to beach and boardwalk, convenient and secure parking right next to rear entrance of condo, very roomy, comfortable beds and furniture, modern appliances, well-stocked kitchen, loved having the washer/dryer in condo Cons: Loud at night (the price you pay for being in the center of the action), worn and stained carpets, sticky kitchen floor, ants in kitchen, dead batteries in remote controls (we replaced several of them), water stains with mold growing on ceiling (possible pipe leak), low water pressure, long walk to ocean (beach very wide at this location) Overall, the pros outweighed the cons. We enjoyed our trip and would stay again if owner attended to some of the issues.

Really nice town home

The property met and, in some criterion, surpassed our expectations. The location is great if you want to be in the thick of OC experience. We stepped out of the front door and we were steps from a great coffee shop, an ice cream place, and the board walk and beach. Everything was clean and the home is spacious--just like the pictures. Although not at all a problem for us, lots of steps to the bedrooms, especially the third floor. Something to consider if anyone has mobility problems. A bit of sand in the showers, but it's a mystery to me how to remove all traces of sand. My teen used the cardio in the fitness center. Roof top pool had a great view of Ferris wheel and amusements, but we didn't use it. (We are beachers.) The minor criticisms are the door handles on the "back doors" from the garage are going to break. The doors are heavy, and I don't think the handles hold up to the force. Also, if there are 40 light switches, 20 of them work, but lighting was always adequate. For me, the biggest nuisance is the tray in the ice machine is not original tray, and the tray shifted when opening and closing freezer, causing ice to dump to the bottom of the freezer. I had to clean ice from the bottom of freezer a few times. (Flipping the bar up or down did not turn it off.) Again, these did not effect our experience. We were very comfortable. The location was great. I've read about the noise level in other reviews, but it really didn't get to us. You will be awoken in the morning by delivery trucks and crying sea gulls, but we enjoyed the hubbub of the morning and were out beach-walking and boardwalking, coffees in hand. Post beach-time, we sat on the balconies people watching with cocktails in hand before heading out to dinner. Our teen and 20-something kids enjoyed the place as much as we did. If you need to sleep in during the mornings, this may not be the spot for you, but we would definitely stay here again.
