New high quality mattresses and bedding, new furniture and appliances. A 1-bedroom 1200 sq ft. apartment sleeps 3, on a quiet street yet close to town for dining. This charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep with a 32-inch TV. Your stay will be convenient and hassle-free with one and a half bathrooms and amenities like WiFi, AC, dishwasher, a gas-fueled wood stove, and a washer and dryer. Plus, the additional living room space with a twin bed provides extra comfort for 3rd person with a large 65-inch TV and a game room with an additional 65-inch TV. Kickback, relax on the screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy everything Waterbury and our apartment offers. The property has a private driveway and entrance. The property manager is on an adjacent property to address your needs during your stay. Centrally located to golf course, disc golf, hiking trails, kayaking, and ski resorts in Stowe, Bolton, Mad River and Killington. This property is amazing. The design, layout, attention to details, comfort, and ambiance are several cuts above the normal vacation rental. I highly recommend this location.

Fantastic place, with a great location and all the amenities we could ask for. Pictures dont do it justice because this place is much bigger than it seems. Host was very considerate and communicative, zero issues with anything.

Great Place to Stay

Such a beautiful, cozy, completely furnished place to stay. My mom and I were visiting the area and this apartment had everything we needed and was close to many places we planned to visit. Beth is an exceptional host, responds promptly, and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend this place and hope to visit again!

Our stay at the Hamilton House was wonderful. The private entryway, beautifully lit with candles and solar lights, was a welcoming touch when we arrived after dark. The host’s attention to detail was evident throughout the space and the local snacks left for us in the fridge were a wonderful surprise. Communication was easy, and the house itself was much larger than it appeared online. It was cozy, clean, and very comfortable!Walking to town is a breeze, only 15 minutes at a slow pace and there is a sidewalk the whole way. A welcomed surprise was flashlights that plug into the wall outlets for walking to town at night, very thoughtful! We will definitely be staying here again.

Pefect weekend getaway

Rented this apartment with my wife and son over the weekend and it was really perfect for us. More spacious than I thought from the pictures, there was plenty of space for the three of us. Beth was a great host and the apartment has everything you need. A quick drive or walk to downtown Waterbury and Stowe/Waitsfield/Burlington are all shorts drives. We will definitely be looking to rent here again.

Lovely stay in Vermont

My wife and son and I visited this beautiful basement walkout for 4 nights. It is nicely decorated and all amenities that were supplied were put together with care and thought (ie. towels, toiletries and even a supply of basic food items-coffee, cream, local cheese, butter) really nice touch and much appreciated. Also there is a huge game room and several large TVs which were great at night. With the quaint.town of Waterbury close by it made for a great time on our ski trip.

AWESOME!

Beth was an amazing host! From booking our trip to the very end in letting us know the driveway would be plowed in time for our check out - she was quick to communicate with. Hamilton House was the cutest house, very much what is depicted in the photos and more. What I appreciated the most was the fact that every drawer was labeled, she supplied the little things you may have forgotten, the house was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back again and look forward to visiting in warmer weather! Thank you so much Beth!

This was the best VRBO Rental I have ever stayed at!!I have stayed at about 15 VRBO rentals in the past.This place is highly underrated.If you are visiting the area, you couldn’t find a nicer place.What you get is the basement of a house.But this is not like any basement I have ever seen.It is professionally remodeled first class.The furniture, appliances, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. are all brand new and quality products.The Host says this sleeps 3, but I think it could sleep 4-5.The host has paid attention to every detail to help you have a wonderful stay.The place has a separate driveway and entrance with its own screened porch.There are 3 flat screen TVs, each in separate location so you can spread out.New washer and dry.Beautiful bathroom with heated floor.It has a 4’x7’ pool table.The place is conveniently located to highways.It is in a nice quiet neighborhood.What more can I say…This place is the bestStay here and you will never regret it.NO, I don’t get anything for this review.It was just a great place to stay.

Waterbury is centrally located. Close to Stowe, Burlington, Montpelier, Killington and just a mile to the train station where the Amtrack Vermonter makes its daily run up the east coast.This property has easy access to the highway but feels like you are in the country. Lots of wildlife can be seen year round. Walking distance to restaurants and local breweries. Waterbury has a lot to offer for the outdoor adventurer from hiking, biking to kyaching down one of the many rivers and lakes Vermont has to offer and let's not forget, the spectacular fall foliage and maple syrup.

Well appointed with quality furnishings, everything is brand new, first time listed as a vacation rental. Private driveway and entry. Close to town and several ski resorts and trails. At the end of your day cozying up to a warm fire will gives you that Vermont vacation experience.
