In addition, there are 3 additional spaces, including a living room with 1 full pull-out couch, 1 queen murphy bed in the air conditioned / heated sunroom overlooking a beautiful lake view, and 2 twin beds in the loft overlooking the living area and kitchen. All mattresses and pillows are new and we provide fresh linens to keep our guests comfortable and rested. This lakefront property is in coveted Woodard Hollow Cove providing deep water and in a no wake zone. This is the perfect setting for swim and play from its private dock while safe from speeding boats. A 15 ft Lily Pad is available for water leisure as well as 4 kayaks for paddling around the cove. An In-counter ice machine is perfect for filling up your cooler and provides 50 lbs of ice per day. After a long day on the lake, enjoy grilling on the Oklahoma Joe's grill overlooking the water. It has propane and charcoal grilling as well as smoking capabilities. There is also a Blackstone griddle with air fryer available as well. We have an outdoor shuffle board table to entertain while grilling or to just hang out and enjoy the view. The large outdoor table is available for dining on the deck or gather inside for dinner and games at our 8 person table with lake views. You can enjoy watching TV with the family on the Amazon Fire TV anytime during your stay. Our fiber internet provides the best internet for streaming or working remote ( even on the dock ). It's a short 4 minute boat ride to Shangri-La Resort offering 4 restaurants, golf, pickle ball, marina, and more. Launch your boat at nearby boat ramp only 7 minutes away.
