Ocean-front 2-bedroom guest home. Each bedroom has its own access to the deck overlooking the ocean! Beaches are walking distance in either direction.

* Master bedroom has queen bed, en-suite bath and walk-in closet, and is entirely accessible. Guest bedroom has queen bed and its own bathroom.

* Newly built in 2023. New appliances, in-unit washer & dryer, fast wifi even on the deck (make people on Zoom jealous!). Full kitchen. Ample off-street parking. Private entrance.

Beautiful home, great hosts, great town! First of all, the house was pristine. I notice everything and I didn't see anything that wasn't perfectly clean. I stayed here with my father while visiting family nearby and the home is very accessible with a ramp going up to the entrance for anyone needing single-story accommodations. Even if you don't need single-story accommodations, it's a gorgeous house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Scituate is a beautiful little town for anyone not familiar. The hosts really thought of everything anyone could need. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

The place was awesome and had everything that we forgot!!!! Aka toothbrush ! We were there for my sisters wedding and it was perfect . The views were breathtaking!!! Make sure to catch the sunrise. The place was so clean and we felt right at home. Highly recommended and will stay there again!!

Perfect overflow sleeping space for grandparents whose kids stayed at the family cottage on Peggoty beach. Well- appointed 2B/2B home on a beautiful lot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Interested in a return visit for our next Scituate trip.

If you are looking for an ideal place to stay in or near Scituate Massachusetts then look no further. This place is wonderful in every aspect. The interior is new and so inviting and everything is immaculate. The view of the ocean is spectacular as were the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the crystal blue water. Bruce and Rohani were so warm and welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and regretted having to leave such a lovely place. We would certainly return in a heartbeat if we ever were to visit Scituate again. Pam and Bill

Everything was wonderful! Bruce and Rohani are such kind people and fabulous hosts.The house is so new, clean, and very well stocked! Very peaceful sitting out on the large deck over looking the lawn and the ocean. Not only is the view gorgeous but the location of the house is perfect to getting to town and beaches. Comfortable spot with a beautiful ocean view

This cozy guest cottage has everything you need for a stay on the South Shore - short walk to two beaches, lovely neighborhood, very clean and new, fully equipped kitchen, 2 baths, laundry, large deck with lots of seating and dining options. We visited with 2 adult children to attend a family celebration in town so did not spend a lot of time at the cottage but think it would be a nice place for a peaceful getaway. A short drive to the harbor for dining and shopping and close to other nearby towns. Bruce and Rohani were cordial and attentive hosts. The lawn and view are priceless.

Do NOT hesitate to stay here!

I've used VRBO for years and this place was one of the best I've seen regarding cleanliness, stock items, location and view. We loved our week here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Bruce and his family are excellent hosts and good people.

Perfect stay

My family and I stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. It was perfect - very new, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Well supplied (although we did not need any). Very convenient location and hosts were extremely helpful (even mailed a hat back which my som forgot). Would highly recommend

Idyllic Location. Perfect Hosts

Beautiful home away from home.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. I just loved everything about it. There was nothing that was missing. If you forget something it’s there. The owners are on site, and very responsive but also respectful of your privacy. Amazing view of sunrises and sunsets. Very nice outdoor area to sit out and eat or comfortable spots for just enjoying the sun and the ocean view. Really nice area with restaurants, bakery, and stores close by. I would highly recommend this rental. We were in town for a hockey tournament in Rockland and were pretty busy. But really wished we would have had more down time to stay and enjoy this place.

Not only is the view spectacular, Bruce and Rohani were lovely hosts who went the extra mile to ensure my family had everything we needed. From setting up the house to accommodate a 3 and 1 year old, to checking in periodically if we needed anything, or to answering any questions, they were some of the best hosts we’ve interacted with. Great time away

The guesthouse is in a terrific location. My mother and I went there for a long weekend. There was a covering of snow and it was cold but we were able to go to Peggotty Beach and the lighthouse. I took walks in the neighborhood every day. The sunrises were amazing and we were very comfortable. Bruce was very attentive if we needed anything.

What a great house in Scituate

Wonderful two bedroom house on the water in Scituate. Beautifully decorated, the house comes with all of the essentials. Five minutes to restaurants and shopping. Great place to relax and enjoy the area. The owner was easily available and extremely friendly and helpful

Quiet House in Beautiful Area

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament and wanted to stay a bit away and in a beautiful part of the State, we had not been to. Scituate and Bruce did not disappoint. The house is amazing. It is very clean and has everything you would need on hand. The location and Sunrise is beautiful. Walk out the door to the lawn that takes you right to the Atlantic! The dowown is very quaint and do check out the pizza at Maria's. We hope to return! Bruce was in contact with every question and need we had.

Family gathering in my childhood hometown

My husband and I, and our 2 adult children spent 3 nights at this lovely vrbo. Sitting on an amazing ocean cliff lot in coastal Scituate, this location is perfect for viewing a beautiful sunrise and taking a scenic walk along 3rd cliff. It is a clean, bright, well equipped and cared for 2 bed/2 bath rental. High ceilings in the main area make it feel very spacious and welcoming. Bruce was accommodating and immediately available to answer any questions and give tips and suggestions as needed. We will be back to enjoy the huge sunny deck during the summer season.

Scituate Family Gathering

This was an amazing property, very clean, comfortable with an incredible ocean view and morning sunrises. The Property owners are amazing hosts, going out of thier way to make the stay the best it could be. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in the wonderful harbor town of Scituate. We'll definately be going back
