* Master bedroom has queen bed, en-suite bath and walk-in closet, and is entirely accessible. Guest bedroom has queen bed and its own bathroom.

* Newly built in 2023. New appliances, in-unit washer & dryer, fast wifi even on the deck (make people on Zoom jealous!). Full kitchen. Ample off-street parking. Private entrance.

Extremely nice hosts and the property was beautiful and immaculate. It doesn't get much better than this. We loved every minute of our stay.

There wasn’t a thing that this house and gracious host didn’t provide! The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped - and the setting is stunning. Bruce left helpful suggestions and responded quickly. Highly recommended!

In spite of arriving to Scituate at the same time a Nor’easter paid a visit, we had an incredible stay due to the outstanding accommodations and the adventure of witnessing Mother Nature’s fury unleashed. Our host, Bruce, clearly and sensitively communicated with us from the time of booking until our departure. He let us know of the potential for a storm in case we chose to change plans (which we didn’t) and offered his assistance should we need it. The home is fully stocked with everything a traveler could possibly need. Bruce and his wife have created a place of comfort for those away from home. We did not use the kitchen other than for coffee but it looked as if everything needed for meal preps was available. We did take advantage of the laundry room which contained new model full size washer and dryer, as well as every laundry aid imaginable. The electric fireplace was especially nice for ambiance and for remediating the chill from the storm. The home is impeccably clean and well cared for. Although the weather didn’t let us take advantage of it, there is a wonderful and huge deck from which to watch the ocean. And the best part is the location at ocean’s edge! We will not look any further for housing on our next visit. This has it all and the best possible host!

Do NOT hesitate to stay here!

I've used VRBO for years and this place was one of the best I've seen regarding cleanliness, stock items, location and view. We loved our week here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Bruce and his family are excellent hosts and good people.

Idyllic Location. Perfect Hosts

We returned to Massachusetts for a family celebration. Our stay was perfect. The house, yard and view could not have been better. The hosts were so accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect overflow sleeping space for grandparents whose kids stayed at the family cottage on Peggoty beach. Well- appointed 2B/2B home on a beautiful lot overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Interested in a return visit for our next Scituate trip.

The place was awesome and had everything that we forgot!!!! Aka toothbrush ! We were there for my sisters wedding and it was perfect . The views were breathtaking!!! Make sure to catch the sunrise. The place was so clean and we felt right at home. Highly recommended and will stay there again!!

Perfect stay

My family and I stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. It was perfect - very new, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Well supplied (although we did not need any). Very convenient location and hosts were extremely helpful (even mailed a hat back which my som forgot). Would highly recommend

Everything was wonderful! Bruce and Rohani are such kind people and fabulous hosts.The house is so new, clean, and very well stocked! Very peaceful sitting out on the large deck over looking the lawn and the ocean. Not only is the view gorgeous but the location of the house is perfect to getting to town and beaches. What a great house in Scituate

Wonderful two bedroom house on the water in Scituate. Beautifully decorated, the house comes with all of the essentials. Five minutes to restaurants and shopping. Great place to relax and enjoy the area. The owner was easily available and extremely friendly and helpful

Scituate Family Gathering

This was an amazing property, very clean, comfortable with an incredible ocean view and morning sunrises. The Property owners are amazing hosts, going out of thier way to make the stay the best it could be. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation in the wonderful harbor town of Scituate. We'll definately be going back

Beautiful home, great hosts, great town! First of all, the house was pristine. I notice everything and I didn't see anything that wasn't perfectly clean. I stayed here with my father while visiting family nearby and the home is very accessible with a ramp going up to the entrance for anyone needing single-story accommodations. Even if you don't need single-story accommodations, it's a gorgeous house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Scituate is a beautiful little town for anyone not familiar. The hosts really thought of everything anyone could need. I wish we had been able to stay longer!

Not only is the view spectacular, Bruce and Rohani were lovely hosts who went the extra mile to ensure my family had everything we needed. From setting up the house to accommodate a 3 and 1 year old, to checking in periodically if we needed anything, or to answering any questions, they were some of the best hosts we’ve interacted with. Thank you again!

If you are looking for an ideal place to stay in or near Scituate Massachusetts then look no further. This place is wonderful in every aspect. The interior is new and so inviting and everything is immaculate. The view of the ocean is spectacular as were the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the crystal blue water. Bruce and Rohani were so warm and welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and regretted having to leave such a lovely place. We would certainly return in a heartbeat if we ever were to visit Scituate again. Pam and Bill

Great time away

The guesthouse is in a terrific location. My mother and I went there for a long weekend. There was a covering of snow and it was cold but we were able to go to Peggotty Beach and the lighthouse. I took walks in the neighborhood every day. The sunrises were amazing and we were very comfortable. Bruce was very attentive if we needed anything.

Comfortable spot with a beautiful ocean view

This cozy guest cottage has everything you need for a stay on the South Shore - short walk to two beaches, lovely neighborhood, very clean and new, fully equipped kitchen, 2 baths, laundry, large deck with lots of seating and dining options. We visited with 2 adult children to attend a family celebration in town so did not spend a lot of time at the cottage but think it would be a nice place for a peaceful getaway. A short drive to the harbor for dining and shopping and close to other nearby towns. Bruce and Rohani were cordial and attentive hosts. The lawn and view are priceless.
