Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a pool, located in the family-friendly town of Wellington. Our property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just 15 minutes from the White Sand Beaches. You'll also find the Aqua Park, outlet shops, museums, theaters, and conference halls all within a short 15-minute drive. Enjoy a relaxing stay with easy access to local attractions, restaurants making it an ideal choice for families to rent this house.

Inside of the house, you will find a living room, dining area for 8-people, and family room furnished with elegant sofas. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing holiday dinners. Outside, a covered porch with 65” Smart TV features a setting for people, you can play pool table or ping pong. Comfortable chairs/sofas surround a beautiful firepit, creating an ideal space for evening conversations with friends and family.

Each of the three bedrooms in our home is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The master bedroom features a spacious layout with a plush king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It includes elegant furnishings, a large closet for storage.
The second and third bedrooms are equally charming, each furnished with cozy queen-sized beds.
Our home features two well-appointed bathrooms, each designed to provide a relaxing and convenient experience. The master bathroom offers a luxurious space with a spacious walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. The second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms and is equally stylish and functional.

Outside, you'll discover a modern pool perfect for relaxation and fun with many toys. We've prepared numerous activities for your vacation, including mini-golf, volleyball, croquet, badminton, and soccer. A hammock located under a palm tree to relax or sleep. Fishing is allowed but we do have alligators so please ensure children are supervised at all times. Kindly note, dogs are not permitted beyond the fenced area.

Take a day off to relax and recharge. We understand that you have a lot of work to do but just give yourself some time to chill and enjoy and for that we have games for you!

POOL HEATING: The pool will be heated to 80 degrees and anything over that will incur a $20
per day charge. It is guest responsibility to notify host if the pool water level goes below the
skimmer in the pool. This happens when the pool temperature is warm, and water evaporates.
When this happens, the pool must be filled with the provided water hose. If the pool water
remains below the skimmer the Pool Pump will suck air and the Pool Pump Motor can burn out.
When the Pool Pump cannot run the Pool Heater cannot run. Host controls the Pool Equipment
Remotely so please DO NOT touch pool equipment (pump or heater). Kindly communicate to host if there are any issues with the Pool immediately so that host can address them.

* NO playing or using the playground after 10 p.m.

* All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.
* No smoking inside or outside the home
* No marijuana
* Only small parties allowed. Ask host before you're planning them

While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and
partying.

By booking this home, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or
other reasons you will be charged A minimum $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the
remainder of your reservation.
