Important Transportation Note:
Due to the cabin’s elevated mountain location (over 10,000 feet), a four-wheel drive vehicle is required for safe and easy access. Bookings without proper vehicle arrangements may be canceled for guest safety.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire cabin, ensuring complete privacy and freedom during your stay. Enjoy all the space and amenities the cabin has to offer, including the spacious main level with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a dedicated workspace, and the cozy lower level featuring a playroom and bunk room. From the large partially covered wrap-around deck to the fully-equipped kitchen and warm wood fireplace, everything in the cabin is yours to enjoy. Feel at home and make the most of every corner of this beautiful retreat.

Other things to note
Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through our secure Guest Portal. Completion of the verification step is required to finalize check-in details.

Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.

Use of the portal beyond the required screening step is entirely optional. Guests are welcome to explore local restaurant guides, curated recommendations, and available services at their discretion.

At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.

In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Open fire pits and any outdoor open flames are strictly prohibited by Park County regulations due to wildfire risk. This includes campfires, wood-burning fire pits, and fireworks. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and loss of security deposit. Thank you for helping us keep the area safe!
