3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom (2 full) meticulously clean home in sought after Granger, IN, near Notre Dame. Family friendly and safe neighborhood. Large fenced in backyard. Full kitchen. Island and table seats 8- next to an Open Concept TV room to lounge (GREAT for entertaining). Laundry and dryer located central part of the house. 3 private bedrooms with walk in closets, and extra loft/sitting area upstairs can sleep 1 extra or allow space for privacy. Large and green backyard and garden, with a grill and outdoor seating area.

-Private vacation home located in spacious, sunny, SAFE neighborhood.

-FREE early check in and FREE late checkout!
-Just let us know when you’ll be in and out. We do not live here full-time, so you have a lot of flexibility.

-Minutes away from the field, a straight shot on the highway- perfect for driving or Ubering.

- a TON of grocery/liquor stores, restaurants, and delivery places in a 5 minute drive.

-Street parking allows for 5-6 cars. Decent sized driveway and garage as well.


-We just renovated and updated the house to be comfortable and safe for Notre Dame fans:

• Big screen TV in the main party room, visible from the kitchen table and kitchen
• Easy access sliding door from the kitchen for smoking or hanging outside.
• Kitchen table and outdoors are perfect for beer pong ;)

- Far away enough from neighbors

- Extra space throughout the house for blow up beds for last minute or extra guests (not counted in the number of people the house sleeps)

Discover this fabulous 3-bedroom gem in Granger. This adorable house is the perfect home away from home for guests. With a king bed, a crib, a full bed, and a twin bed and more, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The property also offers AC, WiFi, and a washing machine for your convenience. The three bathrooms come with a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Additionally, there are two additional spaces—a living room with two sofa beds and another living room with a futon. Enjoy all that Granger has to offer when you stay at our place. $300 fee for any pets. Ring doorbell camera in use. Guests are not to use address for mailing address.

This house is amazing. The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the backyard, safe neighborhood, common areas, and abundance of amenities. We had a lot of kids and managed to get six of them in the top room with blowup mattresses!!

House was in a cute, quiet, and safe neighborhood that was close to restaurants and bars. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. We were able to park in the garage, which was a plus. Noelle was a very responsive, friendly host. Would stay here again.

The property was very clean. The amenities are ok. We do have a few complaints: upstairs twin beds have no box springs so mattress is not the most comfortable. No blankets for Spring nights. (There were heavy blankets for Winter)

Lovely house with fenced backyard for dogs

We didn’t have much time to enjoy this lovely house, but our dogs loved the fenced backyard and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. Highly recommend!

Well maintained home in a nice neighborhood

We visited our daughter and grandson in the South Bend area over the holidays. We mostly used the house to sleep and had breakfast there. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only issue was that previous tenants had broken the dishwasher and it couldn't be opened. However, the owner was nice enough to have paper goods and plasticware delivered right away. We understood that the dishwasher could not be repaired due to the holiday week. Only suggestion: perhaps some written/accurate instructions for Wifi access and password, as well as location of the garage door opener, keys, etc.

Great Stay, Friendly Owners, Very Clean, Five Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My family of 9 stayed here for a Notre Dame Football weekend. We couldn’t have asked for more. Cleanliness is our top priority and this place did not disappoint. Communication with the owner was on point and all the extra amenities were certainly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location by Notre Dame, clean and flexible/responsive owners

Great place. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, about a short drive from Notre Dame. Very clean and very well-maintained. open-concept kitchen with an island and table that seats eight, bar seats more. large TV in the adjacent lounge area. The three bedrooms each have walk-in closets, and there is an additional loft area upstairs that can be used for extra sleeping space or privacy. The backyard includes a grill and outdoor seating. There is a central laundry area with a washer and dryer. best part for us was the owners offering free early check-in and late checkout- we had a lot of moving parts in our group. Lots of parking compared to other places I’ve stayed. The location has nearby grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The drive to Notre Dame is straightforward, I think just a single road outside of the development.

Best little getaway vacation

Loveddddd staying at this house! From the moment we arrived, my friends and I were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the house was. TBH it was clear the owners take pride in keeping their house clean. The location is really convenient for Notre Dame fans—getting to the campus and games was a breeze! It’s so close that we could easily attend events without any hassle, which was a huge plus for us as alumni:) lots of decor in the house too which is fun. Really good amenities. The big screen TV was a highlight, with YouTube Premium, Netflix, and other streaming options all set up so we could unwind after a day out without having to log in to a million things. One of the nicest surprises, was the WFH set up., there’s a nook that makes working from home a breeze if you can't take PTO. The neighborhood awesome. It’s incredibly safe, I went to Notre dame so I am familiar with this area. Very family-friendly. Perfect spot for our group. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back for future trips. Highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a top-notch stay near Notre Dame!

Weekend Get Away with Friends

This was a good place for a home base hooking up with friends. Plenty of space and large backyard to grill and have some cocktails.

We chose this neighborhood when looking for a home to stay in for our young children. We live in the area part time for work, and it is central to many things. I have to uber most of the time, so the location is great.
