Stay directly on the beach in our resort! NEWLY REMODELED Studio.A FEW STEPS DOWN TO THE WARM SAND!!! UltraViolet air scrubber. Building management maintains security video monitoring in parking lot, hallways, elevators, patios and common areas. "Ring" doorbell in exterior hall/common area. Completely separate and private entrance. Private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, coffeepot, queen size bed and NON-OCEAN VIEWS of sunsets over the Inter-coastal waterway! Unit is a single room, aprox 150sqft (200sqft total living area) with NO BALCONY AND NO OCEAN VIEW. Attached beachfront restaurant. Heated pool, We are a Protected nature preserve with miles of pristine beaches to wander. Two hours from: Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens and Miami.
PLEASE NOTE:
*Per HOA statutes, no pets allowed.
*Self check-in is after 2:00pm. Early or late check-ins??? Just let us know PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit or building. DO NOT open the window except in emergency (salt air corrodes A/C, appliances, etc). NO cooking, no bacon in microwave, kimchi or any other foods that give off odors.

We were satisfied with this studio apartment. It is small, but clean and comfortable. The pool looked beautiful, but we didnā€™t use it or the beach due to record cold temps.

This place was fantastic! The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and a really nice pool to relax by. Jimmie was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. The room was very clean and had all the basics you need for a great beach stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. Itā€™s also conveniently located next to a great restaurant, which was a huge plus. Everything you need for an enjoyable and stress-free beach day is right here ā€” I would absolutely stay again!

This was an ideal location for us. The pool was nice and the room was clean. The restaurant was excellent and it had an outside dining area with a bar. We would stay again.

Jimā€™s place is a great place to have walking beach access without breaking bank. His studio is clean and when you walk in there is a hallway with a closet that gives you extra room I did unrealized from the pictures. Walking to the restaurant is also very nice.We would stay here again on our next family visit.

Nicely updated studio on the beach, convenient to restaurants. Unit was very clean, quiet & perfect for one or two people to enjoy the beach. Owner was very communicative & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great atmosphere all around. Nice cozy room. Clean. Comfortable. Beautiful beach. Great resturant right next door. Would definitely do this again. 2 suggestions, nonslip applications for the tub and creamer/sugar for the coffee. Thank you.

We chose this location to have a place of our own while visiting parents that live 1 mile away. We appreciated the welcoming texts & clear directions that our host (Jim) gave on how to access the complex and room. It was a secure location, which had a gated parking area and locked complex. His instructions were perfect on how to access each and it went seamless! We had a long travel day from MN and with much delight, we stepped into a quiet, bright, clean, comfortable, welcoming beach-themed room! The bed was very comfortable and we slept well all 5 nights. There was a large closet to hang things, many beach necessities, and extra towels. The little things made this studio more roomy than one would expect! The in-unit hallway was a perfect spot to store our luggage; the dresser had several clean drawers, the bathroom had plenty of storage in the under-sink vanity & a medicine cabinet to hold toiletries as well. We like to stay organized when we travel and these are the little things that made this stay perfect! This room does look out to the parking lot, but look beyond and you can see the inter-coastal waterway (along with the seabirds in the trees!). The grounds of this building were well maintained & beautiful! Every morning we'd walk through the hall, bump into the friendliest people, head to the back where the grounds were gorgeous. Just beyond we'd walk through the gate & do our morning ocean walk. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jim!

If you are looking for an uncomplicated, comfortable, clean spot to rest, relax and mellow out, you will find it with this adorable studio. The property description headline states "STAY ON THE BEACH!" This room faces the parking lot, you cannot see the beach. Granted it does not say you have beach view, but it is deceptive in my opinion. The rest was satisfactory, it was clean, easy to access, easy check in, quiet and comfortable.

The resort, food and pool were great

Loved the resort. The beach, pool and restaurant were incredible. Our unit was ok. It looked like nothing had ever been updated in it. Like an old hotel room. That aside, I wish it had been clean. No matter what I pay for a room, we do expect it to be clean. The owner did try and right it by promising not to charge a cleaning fee. I'm hoping it was an isolated situation. I did leave relaxed.

Two Weeks in Heaven

This place was very nice and peaceful, with plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather, take a stroll or take a swim. The restaurant on-site is absolutely delicious, so its fine for visiting more than once. As for the unit, it was small but expected as listed as 100 sq. Looks just like it does in the pictures. Bed is a little hard and pillows not much fluff. Bathroom tub looked to have a little mold growth, but was also stained so not sure. Jim the owner is super sweet and kind; and quiet. I only ran into him 3 times in 2 weeks. Jim says he is remodeling. I would love to return and see the improvements. Overall I felt like this is a nice place and I felt comfortable with the surroundings. Wish list for next time: Smart TV, more comfortable bed and pillows, and maybe a balcony :). I would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.

Terrible experience. Small and outdated room. Stay away!

This listing is inaccurate, the owner uses ā€œsmartā€ tricks in the description and images to attract travelers. This room is super small, you can hardly move around, but the owner uses wide angle lenses to create pictures that enhance the perspective (perspective distortion). The bathroom was probably done in the 1970s and never updated, and the view from the (tiny) window is on the ugly parking. Any cheap motel room is larger and cleaner and has better amenities that this ridiculous ā€œstudioā€. When we arrived and saw how depressive and outdated this room is, we left after a few sleepless hours (afraid that rats will come around). We think travelers should have a clear picture of what they can expect here: an outdated, depressive, small room within the ownerā€™s condo. This guy tricks people into renting his place and refuses to take responsibility. Shame on him!
