This newly built, spacious villa rental is situated right by the side of Lake Balaton with its private beach and pier deck. Your 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom Villa Sunset is located in a holiday resort with other private villas and apartments in a guarded area. This South-Balaton rental is about 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from the center of Balatonszárszó, on a perfect location for families or group of friends coming to enjoy the most of Hungary’s biggest and most beloved natural water.

Villa Sunset is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, giving you much more space and privacy than a hotel.

This vacation rental offers contemporary design and modern amenities and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The stunning grounds of your lakeside holiday property include a private pier deck, from where you can dip into the lake or sunbath while enjoying your favorite book. In the garden there are sun-chairs, a table-tennis and a foosball table, sandbox for kids to keep all generation entertained. You can prepare a nice summer meal on the open fireplace or make a barbecue diner using the electric grill set. On top of it, a 5 seats outdoor hot tub and a kayak for 3, and a Steam Spa cabin in the bathroom are special luxury features. There are also 2 adult bicycles and 2 for children that belong to the villa and are waiting for its guests to ride them. The terrace has a dining table sitting 10 people comfortably and can be shaded by a full size electric awning. Should you need cover on a windy or rainy day, the 50 m2 indoor living room with huge glass doors, comfortable sofas, a big flat screen TV with cable & DVD, and the dining area with a table sitting up to 10 shall be a great space to dine at or hang out. For chilly evenings you can keep your party warm with a fireplace, but heating is also installed in the whole building for Autumn and Winter months. The full house comes with air-conditioning.

Mosquitos are kept outside with insect-screens on all doors on the upper and lower levels.

• Bedroom to the left with balcony and huge glass door facing the lake comes with a queen size mattress
• Bedroom looking to the street comes with a wall-to-wall bed 220cmx200cm

Nearby Amenities:
The nearest village is Balatonszárszó. Here you can find grocery stores, fresh vegetables every day on the farmers’ market, banks and ATMs as well as a local doctors and pharmacy. Its beach also offers various simple food options, mainly fast food though – hot-dog stalls, lángos, pancakes and cold refreshments (the usual is on offer as on many other beaches around lake Balaton). The nearest Tesco is by Siofok (20 min drive). There is also a wellness possibility at Balatonlelle YachtClub and iceskating during the winter at this same place.
