Our stay at the Woodland Cottage was wonderful. Being in the cottage is like a warm hug. Everything is cozy, comfortable and lovely; it made us feel at home right away. Libby has tucked thoughtful care into every corner anticipating what her guests might need. The home is immaculate and decorated so nicely. The nature in the backyard was wonderful. We would pull our curtains open in the morning and see the deer right outside the window grazing. Chickadees and woodpeckers constantly visiting the feeder and chipmunks sharing in the extras. The sun porch was our favorite spot for coffee each morning.Libby and Will were available as needed but as I said we had no additional needs because they had thought out everything so well. The location was outstanding for access to all the surrounding areas. Everything from Belle Vista to Eureka Springs. Rogers is a fun downtown too with great restaurants and festivals like October fest. What a wonderful few days we had - Recommend for sure!

We had a great stay! Perfect for a relaxing and peaceful weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed sitting in the sun room watching the animals in the morning.

We Loved it

Family of 4 loved our stay, The house was Cozy the area was amazing. We were torn between enjoying the peace and quiet of the cottage and exploring the area. Host was amazing. Definitely one of our favorite VRBOs that we’ve stayed in 10 out 10 would recommend

We loved our stay! Our little family was so well cared for. Communication was excellent, the home was very clean and accurate to listing. We enjoyed seeing the birds and deer around everyday. Libby, the homeowner, truly went above and beyond to make sure our children were comfortable the entire time. What’s not to love - beautiful, quiet neighborhood, animal watching everyday, comfortable beds and clean space!

5 STAR!

If you are particular about where you stay look no further as this is a 5 star location. The Woodland Cottage is clean, comfortable, convenient and beautifully decorated. We were there for War Eagle Craft Show and wished we had more time just to enjoy the cottage.Not to mention the hospitality of the host. Would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about this stay. Very tastefully and beautifully decorated, comfortable and warm. The grounds are amazing.. flowers , plants, birdfeeders, wooded. We saw all types of birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. In addition to that we saw deer several times a day. The owners are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional

Snow whites cottage in the woods

My sister and I fully enjoyed our stay at your rental, especially how it was centered around the ability to view and enjoy the small woodland animals. Your attention to detail and providing them food and water brought so many of them clothes for us to watch from inside. Perfect way to enjoy our morning coffee🎉

Girls’ Getaway

We were in the area to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This little cottage offered multiple spaces to take in nature. Deer, chipmunks, birds and squirrels entertained us while we visited. It included all the necessities and many more special touches. We will be back! Thanks for hosting our stay Josh.

Better than expected!!

This was hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we travel often. The cottage was better than described. The added touches ( treat tray, hand written note, the best bread we have ever had) were over the top. Driving in and seeing 7 deer sitting in the front yard, waking up to deer at your bedroom window was fabulous. You’re close to everything and the communication with the owner was great. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!! The Grunwald’s will be back!!

Excellwnt property!

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It is extrwmely clean and well kept. There is a large amount of room and the amenities were fabulous. Pros: quiet location Close to town Great batbrooms Lot of room Lots to wildlife to eatch. The chipmunks were a joy to watch. Cons: None. The only suggestion i would make it a small one; put a king sized bed in the master bedroom. It has more than enough room for one and would make the property perfect. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back ! Pros:
