New 49 inch flat screen in Arizona room and new 40 inch flat screen in Master Bedroom. 2025 updated interior painting and new flooring. 2020 added golf car garage, new roof new exterior paint and new Kool-Crete pavement front and back. New King size bedroom set in Master Bedroom. It is available for monthly or longer rentals. Located in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Surprise Az. Walking distance to rec center, golf, restaurant, bank, pharmacy and more. Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and owner golf rates with purchase of activity card.

3 miles to Surprise Stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers and 10 miles to Peoria Stadium (Mariners/Padres). Wifi. Back yard is the golf course with view of the green, fairways, palm trees, mountains and more.

Completely furnished large open kitchen/arizona room facing the golf course. King bed in the master bedroom and queen in guest bedroom. Tv's, BBQ and sit on the patio with a beautiful view. As a guest you have full access to all the amenities of this luxury retirement community including the Adobe Spa with both indoor and outdoor lap pools, spa, free form pool and exercise room plus the Cimarron Day Spa which offers Massages, Body treatments, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures as well as an outdoor pool area.

Available for longer term rental rates if you are building a new home, medical stays, or need termporary accomodations.

AZ WINTER GET-a-WAY

Very nice and comfortable house with golf course view. It was the best stocked house we ever rented in 15 years of staying in AZ. Our daughter and her friend (After driving us to Grand) spent one night and helped us unload car and put away belongings. Great location.

Best stay for a family

Ron and his in the area helper solved the few problems that came up. The home was great for the two of us and when our son and family arrived the last week the bedrooms and baths suited our family. We did find it hard to store our groceries in the pantery.. The home made our stay comfortable and has a great location.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This home was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were nicely decorated with a western theme, and the house was ideally located on the 12th fairway. Although the weather in Sun City Grand was unusually cool this year, we enjoyed staying there and using the many recreational facilities and golf courses nearby.

Holidays in Sun City Grand

My wife and enjoyed most of December and part of January in this beautiful house in Sun City Grand. The house was spacious, private and had everything we needed. Weather was a bit cooler than anticipated so we didn't use the outdoor patio much but it was nicely equipped. SCG facilities were excellent and the golf courses easy to play. The owner was helpful whenever we had questions. The house is big for just two people but would be ideal for two couples or a family of four.

Our vacation in Sun City Grand

My husband and I enjoyed a month at this lovely home, situated in the gorgeous neighborhood of Sun City Grand. The house backs onto the golf course, and you can see the beautiful fountains at the Rec. Center in the distance beyond. We enjoyed relaxing and eating outdoors while being entertained by quail, bunnies, birds, and the odd coyote. The house was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the layout afforded privacy as needed and overall it was very spacious. The owners were pleasant, helpful, and very easy to deal with. They made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to end of our stay. We hope to return to enjoy this awesome home again.

Vacation in April

Our stay was excellent overall. The house was well maintained, in a beautiful setting on the golf course, and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The house had all necessary utensils, kitchen accessories and nice outdoor patio and BBQ. We had access to the community center with pool, exercise room, golf discounts for an extra fee. Services were close by and convenient including grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. Good access to recreational activities. And the weather was lovely throughout our two week stay. Overall a very nice vacation experience.

April Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this Sun City Grand home. The house is lovely and situated with great views of the golf course. The house is well equipped, clean and has all necessary kitchen and food preparation equipment. The outdoor patio is lovely with good furniture and a nice BBQ grill as well as relaxing sounds from the water feature. The community pool, fitness center and golf courses are very nice and require an additional fee. There are good services nearby including groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and other essentials. We would recommend this home for anyone wanting to visit and stay in this area west of Phoenix.

We found the internet listing and photos to be accurate. We especially enjoyed the large patio, overlooking the golf course and the mountains in the background. We were able to walk to the recreational center/pool/CVS/Coco's Restaurant. We found the owners to be very helpful getting us settled in the first day and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the overall Sun City Grand "experience" and would consider renting this property again.

I am a EVP in a community owned bank (recently retired) and my wife is a retired RT in the medical field. We love to play and watch all sorts of sports. We have 3 children who have blessed us with 6 beautiful grandchildren. We have been coming to Phoenix for the past 4 yrs and staying with friends and this time said it is time to buy. We will be using this place only on a limited basis for now so we want to share our purchase with you!! We have been in the rental business for years in Montana but this is new to us being miles away. We have a friend that is helping with the property mgt.

The weather and the sports in the area are hard to beat! We looked at several places for sale and then we found Sun City Grand!! It was more wide open and a newer development and then we found this place with an unbelievable view.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You will enjoy the home, the golf, the rec centers and most of all the evenings on the patio with the unbelievable panoramic view! There is a beautiful patio with the BBQ. Wide open views is what my wife and I grew up with in Montana and this view encompasses the 12th green,10th and 11th fairway, fountain, palm trees and oh yes even the mountains!! You will throughly enjoy this place and the relaxing patio with a killer view!!!
