Lovely accommodation, the view was stunning, host was so helpful and accomodating. The apartment had everything you need, wish we booked for longer. Will definately be booking again in the future!

Great stay

Gower View is a very good quality accommodation with wonderful views. The beds and sofas are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

I contacted the host beforehand and she was very approachable and most helpful. The property was excellent and the location was perfect for us , it being on the WCP . We didn’t cook in the property as we took advantage of nearby cosy eateries. The facilities and utensils to do , if we wanted to ,were excellent . I would thoroughly recommend Gower View

The place was really nice with excellent views of the sea. The ensuite bathroom was a bit tired with quite a bit of black mould around the shower, and the shower tray didn't empty suggesting a problem with the drainage. Everything else was clean and tidy.

Great penthouse at sublime location

This lovely penthouse is located direcly at the beach. The penthouse is well equipped, very spacious and has great views at the sea. It is a perfect base to explore the Brecon Beacons, Prembroke National Parc and the Gower.

Beautiful appartment amazing views.

Lovely stay in clean bight airy appartment. Everything we needed and blown away by the views from all 3 balconies. would recommend. Visits to Llanelly House and the Gallery tea shop both in town centre and easy walking distance arre worthwhile. Thank you, Diolch.

I am really pleased you enjoyed your stay. It was the amazing views from all the balconies that sold the penthouse to us in 2007. Llanelly House has only recently opened after extensive refurbishment. We have not been there yet as there are so many things to do in the area but after your recommendations it will be first on our 'to do' list when we are there in August.

Access to Millennium coastal path

We loved the quick access to the Millennium coastal path for trail running. There are other nice hikes in the area as well. We enjoyed the wetlands. The penthouse had everything needed and provided a wonderful respite. We also appreciated walking access to shops, theaters, and restaurants.

It sounds as though you had a very energetic stay, like you we also love being so close to activities and facilities meaning that it is not always necessary to have to jump into a car!

Quality apartment with stunning sea views

The property was perfect for exploring the local area and further afield in South Wales. We really enjoyed the trips over to the Gower and Brecon Beacons National Park, but there are so many excellent places nearby. It is really nice to return to a clean comfortable and very well equipment penthouse apartment after an active day and admire the views from the panoramic windows over the coastline.

I am delighted that you had a good stay and managed to visit some of the many attractive places nearby. We followed you into the penthouse on Saturday and the good weather continued even allowing some paddling in the sea outside the penthouse. I have equipped the penthouse to be a real home from home so hopefully guests find all they need in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. The view and sunsets from the balcony are constantly changing, we had one magnificent sunset this time which turned the sand to gold.

Amazing property

The description of this property really did not do it justice. The light and views were amazing; so much do that my 17 year old barely left the balcony when we were in snapping pictures of the sunset and moonlight. It was spacious and comfortable with everything that you might need. Shopping, countryside, beaches, walking, and places to eat all at hand. It was super relaxing and I am hoping to plan another visit

Fabulous views and location

The apartment is well furnished and equipped, with everything working. The views over the bay are fantastic and can be enjoyed from both lounge and main bedroom - or from the balconies. We were very lucky with fine weather and ate our dinner every night on the balcony. The surrounding area is great for walking and swimming, and also within easy reach of the National Botanical Garden. The owner has provided lots of leaflets/information on local attractions, and gave clear directions on check in/check out process.

Wales Retreat

This was a great condo! We enjoyed the area very much. Sally was wonderful in all of her touring suggestions and answering any questions we may have had about the condo and the area. Would highly recommend it! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Wonderful views from the master bedroom and living room. Easy drives to many historic sites. A restaurant within walking distance of the condo. A super Tesco grocery store within a 15 minute drive. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

What a view

Absolutely an amazing view over the bay. Very well furnished top floor apartment with everything you need and more. Very quiet area , shops near by and plenty to see and do around the area. Only down side is there is no lift and many flights of stairs to lug up luggage. Not a huge issue if your young and fit, but just be mindful if your not. Other than that a faultless property.

Believe what you read

This is the first time that I've stayed in a property where the unit is exactly as it was described. No issues with anything because we had expected and received what we were promised. The unit has two floors which gave you the room to move around and stretch out. You will be pleased if you rent this unit for your next vacation stay.

Stunning!

What an amazing place! The pictures don't do it any justice! Its so airy and bright and the views are breath taking! The Penthouse was spotless when we went in. Everything you may need was available, the beds were all so comfortable and it was amazing waking up to the view of the sea My toddlers especially loved the balcony, couldn't keep them away from it. The owner was great and kept me well informed through out and replies quickly to messages. My only criticism would be that the bedroom balcony is in need of some TLC but that didn't take away from the beauty of the views and how gorgeous the entire penthouse is. We were lucky enough to get some sunshine and dry weather so that was great. We really loved it and would definitely recommend it

It is our family holiday home and we visit regularly so are able to ensure everything is up to our high standards. Even after 17 years of owning the penthouse we are amazed by the view which is constantly changing. The bedroom balcony is due to be updated and have the decking replaced next year by the managing agents.

Excellent base for the Gower and South Wales

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was superbly located for what we wanted to achieve in South Wales. The owners have thought of everything... It is nice to go to a self catering apartment and not have to worry about the small things - they provided tin foil, bin bags, dishwasher tabs, as well as tea/ coffee and toilet rolls. We only had to worry about the food. The balcony views are beautiful and the spec of the apartment is high. You will however need to be physically fit as the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift... So getting cases up there is a task.. Coming down is fine! There is lots of information provided for the local area and plenty of games, books and DVDs for the kids... They need more Playstation games apparently according to my 15 yo son!! In short we loved it and would recommend this place to anyone with a desire to explore South Wales... Don't rely on the beach outside though, there are far better ones on the Gower or at Pembrey Country Park nearby.. Excellent.

I am so pleased you enjoyed your stay. I agree the beaches on the Gower Peninsula are fantastic our favorite is Caswell Bay and the coastal path provides spectacular views and great walks with varying degrees of difficulty. Cefn Sidan Sands at Pembrey Park is another stunning beach and great for horse riding. I would be grateful if your son could suggest 2 play station games for the apartment, it is something I do not have much knowledge of and our 4 grandchildren, all under 5 have yet to discover!

Einfach nur: unglaublich toll!

Super schön, perfekt. Super tolle Wohnung, sehr herzlicher und kommunikativer Vermieter. Himmlische Lage. Sofort ein Wohlgühlgefühl da. Leider war die Zeit viel, viel zu schnell rum. Vielen lieben Dank, dass eine so tolle Wohnung so herzliche Vermietet wird.
