• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 10 PM - 8 AM.
• Only park in the designated areas.
• To minimize odors and the risk of vermin, all trash must be sanitarily stored inside apartments and regularly moved to communal trash cans.
• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.
• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.
• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.
• Lease agreements must be for a minimum duration of 30 days or one month, whichever is shorter. Application fee is free!!
• Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.
• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
• All necessary forms and documents must be completed and submitted 15 days prior to the guest's occupancy.
