The living room has plenty of seating to enjoy the big screen TV on rainy days while the kitchen is fully stocked for any length of stay. All of the bedrooms are on the main level of the home, including 2 master king suites with ensuite bathrooms, a queen room, and a bedroom with two twins. The other full bathroom doubles as a laundry room with a new front loading washer and dryer for your use.

Head to the basement downstairs and hang out in the large living room space with a big screen TV, and an extra refrigerator to keep beverages handy! Craving some outside time? From the basement, you can access the beautiful Southern-style porch with rocking chairs and relax with a big glass of lemonade or sweet tea while you watch the sunlight dance off of the water! Walk down the porch steps to fish or sunbathe off of one of two docks on the property. You may tie up a boat on the dock that has the cleats on the side. Don't leave before making some s'mores memories with the family at the fire pit area located at the water's edge! You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.

The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly in the can located outside the wooden fence.
