This place is made to give you a luxurious long stay while making you feel right at home. This studio has an open floor plan and was just remodeled in 2024. The filly stocked kitchen opens up to the living room and comes equipped with a breakfast bar. And don’t forget about the high-speed internet, smart TV, mini split with A/C , dedicated work space, washer and dryer on site, black-out shades, premium linens , and premium towels provided. This place has it all!

The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, pots , pans, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, complementary coffee, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and complementary coffee.

Living Room
This cozy place comes equipped with a sofa, 43” smart flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. The space is uniquely designed with comfort in mind to provide a peaceful place to unwind.

Bathroom
The bathroom was designed to make you feel like you are at the spa featuring a luxurious rainfall shower head with all new tiles and flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The studio can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Wake up feeling rejuvenated! This studio is equipped with blackout shades and blackout curtains. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress with premium bamboo liens. There are a variety of different pillows to choose from to ensure you find the right one.

The studio has a walk-in closet with a laundry hamper and an extra fan for those white noise sleepers!

By booking this studio, all guests are required to agree to the following rules below:

1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening: To secure your reservation, we'll need a signed rental agreement that outlines the details of your stay. For everyone's safety, we also verify the identity of the primary guest by requiring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or passport), a quick selfie to be uploaded, credit check, and background check. This application process may incur an application fee. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please note that reservations are confirmed only after successful completion. If there are any issues, we'll be sure to let you know right away.

2. Check in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. You are welcome to request an early check in or late checkout. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.

3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. Violations may result in removal from the property.

4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $250.00 per incident and may result in removal from the property.

5. Guests are fully responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Acceptance of this reservation means that it is agreed that all guests are assuming any and all risk of any harm that may come from their use of the premise.

6. Firearm is prohibited at all times from property grounds

7. Only guests that are part of the reservation are allowed to occupy the premises. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host.
