So, it is up to you where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or wrap up a fun-filled day soaking in Mother Nature's best work!

Upon entering this luxury getaway, you'll immediately take notice of the A-frame windows that are a signature feature at Innsbrook! They fill the main floor with beautiful natural light highlighting the magnificent floor to ceiling stone fireplace in the living room. The cozy atmosphere created by this charming fireplace is just enticing you to unwind and relax for an evening all year-round!

Steps away from the living room, you'll find a beautiful well-stocked kitchen and dining area where you can gather with family or friends for game nights or late night chats! Also on the main level, you'll find two spacious bedrooms and an elegantly updated bathroom with ample storage for your convenience. When you make your way upstairs, you'll discover a large sleeping loft, an additional bedroom and another large bathroom making this a perfect getaway for a large crowd!

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

*Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property s natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment.

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
