Pool Near Beach And Town - Bamboo Cottage On Quiet, Pretty Palmway

The cottage lays behind the main house in an enclosed courtyard with your 30' solar heated swimming pool. There are two bedrooms, each with its own full bath (showers, no tub). Now every room has a TV.

The “courtyard cottage” has its own self contained and controlled central air conditioning system.

One bedroom could be used as a sitting room instead because the of the two bamboo couches. The bigger one doubles as a bed with lots of pillows.

The cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The kitchen is open to the dining room area.

The pool area has a BBQ and lots of covered outdoor space. There is a ping pong table and a sauna.

The cottage offers privacy behind our main house.

The 20’x30’ pool is shared with me and my 8 year old daughter, though we probably won’t use it unless the weather is quite warm. The pool is in a courtyard that has the guesthouse on two sides, the main house where I live on the front side and a covered veranda on the last (North) side.

It is a 20 minute walk to the village of Lake Worth. And about a mile and a half to the ocean beach where there is a long fishing pier and ocean side dining. Lake Worth has an art house movie theater, a real play theater and numerous restaurants all in a few square blocks. It is known as an artistic town. There are several nearby golf courses.

One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has a single sized memory foam bed on the large bamboo frame.

There is a free washer and dryer (with tide powder detergent) in the utility room off the covered patio.

NOTE PETS:
We generally allow pets, except cats. Pets must be described by you and pre-approved by us before booking has been completed. My daughter loves dogs. We have a female yorkiepoo who loves everyone including other dogs.
NOTE FENCE:
We have available a 4’ high child safety fence to put around the pool, if needed. Now our 8 year old daughter swims so we don’t usually use it.
