(Please note - The hot tub is serviced weekly and is only accessible by entering the home, so we may reach out during your stay regarding the tech stopping by.) The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas, making meal prep and dining a breeze.

The primary bedroom is a sanctuary with a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, and a smart TV. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and its own smart TV. *DOG RULES​:
- MAX of 2 dogs allowed; there is a $100 pet fee per dog, and you will be held responsible for damages.
- Please inquire with us for more details before booking.
- If an unapproved pet is found at the property, you will be asked to vacate immediately, and a $1000 fine will be incurred.
- Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture.
- Cleanup - Please pick up after your pet by disposing of any waste in the dumpsters before you check out from the property.​ A $50 fee will be incurred if animal waste is not removed from the property.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
