Extremely clean and charmingly decorated

Very peaceful. Loved watching the chickens mill around the yard. View from deck was wonderful.

A perfect family stay!

Our family stayed on the ranch for our Silverwood trip. It couldn't have been more perfect for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the farm was so peaceful and fun. We felt right at home. And the hosts were very helpful. There was a septic smell at times, but not bad enough to stop us from staying there again!

We had a wonderful stay the king bed was great!! My grandsons loved the bunk beds and there was a Nintendo which they were thrilled because their dad doesn’t allow electronics at their house only thing I can say bad is the mosquitoes were really bad! But we just stayed inside we had gone to Silverwood and were exhausted! Really nice and homey place very comfortable! We would stay again in a heartbeat Thankyou!!

This property is fabulous! We came up for a quick weekend trip to Silverwood with family and friends. The home is a short drive from the park and nestled in a quiet wooded community. There are some stairs to get up to the living area, but even for me with a broken leg and a boot it was easily manageable. The interior is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The cleanliness of the residence is astounding and it is quite comfortable and relaxing. The owners were easy to communicate with and we really felt welcome. I highly recommend!

It was a really nice place , closet and fridge were packed ? Yhe only issue was the 21 stairs up to the living area. One couple couldn't handle them, so we had to trade out another couple from our daughters house and she gave up her bedroom. Would have been better for our planning if the description warned of the 21 stairs.

Pictures showed 3 rooms with queen beds. We had 6 adults and found out right before that they now have two queens and a bunk bed. Was not good for us. It’s also had shared house. And didn’t know till at check in. Cute house just wish we would have known beds changed. Updated pictures would have been nice.

Thank you for your review. We have updated the one bedroom accommodations. We had other people ask for a kid friendly version as well, so we added bunkbeds. It also states that there is a summer winter below and to be considerate of that. Sorry if the rules that you get when you book aren't or weren't clear. Thanks for your stay 😊

The home and property have a lot of beautiful character and we enjoyed that! It was a little awkward because it wasn't clear in the advertisements that the home-owner resides there and was just away while we stayed there. For example, the pantry and refrigerator/freezer had their food in it. We worked around it, but it just took a while to feel comfortable. The host was very timely in answering questions while we were there. Was clear to me that they are a very nice family even though we didn't meet!

This is a beautiful property and a great stay. We didn’t arrive at the location until around midnight and the instructions were a bit confusing so we ended up feeling a bit like we were walking into a scary movie initially but when we figured things out our only issue was that the area is shared with the owners/family living below us which we weren’t aware of when booking the space. That being said they never caused us any issues, it just feels a bit like walking on eggshells to not be a bother and we likely would not have booked the location if we knew that beforehand.
