Thanks for the feedback. We do offer a cot for additional guest that need another sleeping spot. We just don't keep on site. I will work on making that a little more clear. I will double check on the playground as this may have been listed as there is a playground within walking distance of the home. I appologize about the fridge going out. I did not know you had any food in there and we did get the fridge fixed immediately while I was on the phone with you. I will be having an electrician come out and check on the air conditioning and the outlets in the kitchen. For the bathtub I tried to keep some original items in the home to keep some of the ambience. It is original tub to the house and has shown some wear and tear but is still very functional. I may be checking into bath fitters to see if that can be changed or replaced. I am sorry for your disappointment and wish you the best. Robin
