Come stay with us in this brand new built, 2-bedroom condo in Hermosa which is perfect for your escape. With 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, guests can relax in the cozy bedrooms. The living room offers additional space with a comfy sofa bed. Heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay, while amenities like a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, iron, and hair dryer add convenience. Enjoy your time in Hermosa at our marvelous condo. No need to spend extra time in the car driving around trying to find your vacation rental, we are so conveniently located to easy access highways that lead you to all the popular attractions nearby. Hermosa serves as the Eastern gateway to the beautiful Black Hills where you can easily get to Custer State Park and the Buffalo roundup, Rapid City, Monument Health Hospital, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, the Badlands, the Mammoth Site and healing water of Hot Springs, many of our beautiful area lakes, hiking trails, Black Elk Peak, formerly Harney Peak, Keystone, and Hill City! We are only 10 minutes away from Rapid City! Come stay with us and enjoy the brand new, clean, modern, cute and efficient with everything you need for your stay home! This is in a quiet neighborhood and yet is “get in and out of quick and easy” location is in the small town of Hermosa! With an east facing patio, if you are an early riser, you will get to enjoy our beautiful South Dakota sunrises! This home is easy entry with no steps, wide doorways, 5’ walkin shower, individually zoned air conditioning to each bedroom and the living quarters so everyone can be comfortable at different cooling temperatures! After your long day of touring all the Black Hills attractions, you will enjoy winding down your evening on the patio! Check in time is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10am. You can request an early arrival or late check out. Upon approval of request, there can be an additional fee. Free Parking is right in front of the unit so it is very easy to get in and out of. Garbage receptacle is right behind the patio wall for easy access. There is a tv in both bedrooms and one tv in the living room if. Come stay with us! I am a married mom with four beautiful daughters, two grown and moved away and 2 teenagers still at home. We are both South Dakota natives. My husband has lived in the Hermosa area his entire life having grown up on a dairy farm and ranch here and I grew up in Rapid City and have been living in the Hermosa area all of my adulthood, so this is our community that we know and love! We have been entrepreneurs from the start and making our way through life in different ventures which led us into the rental housing market in the Hermosa area.
A few years ago, we decided to build a duplex on some land we had been sitting on. One led to two and two led to 3! Wow it was a lot of work over these last few years as we are "do it yourselfers"! I with the design and he with the skills and a lot of blood, sweat and tears, we finished all 6 units and have had annual renters to this point! The units turned out so cute and homey that one day our daughter asked why we weren't sharing the beauty of them with all the travelers we have coming to our area through a vacation rental. Timing just never really worked out until now, so with her help, our lovely little unit came to life! We are so very excited to share our hard work with you all and hope that you find as much enjoyment in it as we had in making it come to life! We are excited for you to come to Hermosa and enjoy all the beauty and fun things to do in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota!

We have found our area so close and convenient to everything that we like to do and wanted to share the area with all of you! You will find this Hermosa home is convenient and close to everything that you want to do in the Black Hills!

Our property is unique because it is a brand new build with a layout that is not only adorable but also convenient and spacious for a two bedroom home. My husband and I worked hard to make this property come to life. I designed the home and my husband did much of the building of it. Our daughter came home to help decorate and put finishing touches on it to make it attractive and cozy!
