Pool Oasis - Entire Home in Gulf Breeze - Large Private Backyard!

Spend your days relaxing by the pool at this Gulf Breeze oasis with large privacy-fenced yard, plenty of seating & BBQ grill. A fantastic outdoor space for morning coffee, lazy pool days & peaceful evenings. Central location to everything Pensacola Beach and city has to offer. In about 15 minutes you can be in downtown Pensacola, at the Beach, or on the Bay. Easy access to shopping areas and nearby Oriole Beach boat launch! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this relaxing pool home. (Note: Pool heater installed Jan 2025 - please inquire before booking. Pool will be heated October-May upon request, but not during the summer months, and has limitations in the coldest months.)

THE SPACE
Get ready to relax and spend lots of time outside at our Gulf Breeze Pool Oasis! The Pool will be your favorite spot to unwind, relax, recover! The inviting pergola and outdoor dining set, plenty of lounge chairs for sunning, and the BBQ grill will all add to your enjoyment of the outdoor space.

We've made sure the inside of the Pool Oasis is just as welcoming and comfortable! The main living space has an open layout, featuring the well-equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, while separating the bedrooms. The large primary bedroom is in the left wing of the home and has an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet area. The primary bedroom also has French doors that open to the backyard area. The two additional bedrooms in the right wing of the home share a hallway and the second bathroom, which is a tub/shower combo. A fourth sleeping space is off of the main living area with a curtain divider. The laundry room is inside the home near the kitchen. Smart TVs are in the living room and two bedrooms and Wifi is fiber optic line, powered by Extreme.

The backyard pool is quite large with lots of places to sit for either sun or shade. The front yard is full shade draped by huge Oak trees which offer a nice natural walk in. Sloped Driveway and 2 car garage for plenty of parking. There is additional space to park a boat or RV. If needed, please inquire about parking space for Large RV with 50amp electric hookup plus water (a separate charge will apply).

LOCATION
Enjoy easy access to Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach (7.9 miles), Navarre Beach (14 miles) and Pensacola (13 miles) from our Pool House located in a quiet Gulf Breeze neighborhood.

**Pool Rules: Use at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty, no diving. Children under age 18 must be supervised at all times. There is a Pool Use Waiver and Release of Liability for guests. By booking the property and entering the home, booking guest acknowledges and agrees to the waiver. **

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire home, the backyard and front yard. The only no access area is the left side of the property and the shed. There is also a locked owner's supply closet not for guest use. The hot tub is locked and not part of the rental reservation. All exterior fence and gates should remain closed. Any locked gates or doors are not for guest use.
There is plenty of space and room for parking and RV parking if needed.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
A note on the Pool: The pool will be heated October-May upon request, but not during the summer months. Please note that the pool heater will not be operated when outdoor temperatures fall below 60°F. Running the pool heater in such cold conditions is not effective, as the system cannot maintain or reach the desired temperature. This policy is in place to ensure the long-term functionality of the equipment. Additionally, please understand that pool heating is intended to make the water a comfortable swimming temperature (ideally 77-83ºF), not to reach hot tub or spa-like temperatures. Pool temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions, and during colder months the heater may take longer to warm the water. When booking during winter months, please keep these considerations in mind. We do not heat the pool in the summer months. The outside perimeter of the house has security cameras with video and audio for liability and safety reasons.

This home is located on a peninsula near the Gulf of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. We do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order.

Our property is in Florida, which is a humid subtropical environment. You may see wildlife including squirrel, possum, birds, heron. You may also see insects, bugs, bats, snakes, ants, bees, wasps, spiders, raccoon, and other creatures that call Florida their home. We do have an exterminating company treat our property regularly. However, if you encounter an insect or ant that finds its way inside, please feel free to dispose of it or catch and release it to the outside world (your choice). Please keep in mind leaving the doors open will increase opportunities for bugs to get inside. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to creature sightings.
